My cherry grove point condo. Second row directly across from a walkway to the beach at the beautiful point. All new flooring installed in 2021. Bathroom renovations 2020. Because it is at the end, it is a quiet area in Cherry Grove. Must walk up one flight of stairs which is pictured. A tiny “peak” of the ocean right from the kitchen. WiFi and smart TV for streaming your provider. Sleeper sofa if the two bedrooms are not enough.

This is a 2 bed 2 bath on one level. The bathrooms are nice—but small. The hall connecting the two bedrooms opens in to the main living area/kitchen. The unit is not that spacious. I love it and it is quiet but I want to be sure you know it is not sizeable prior to booking.

Entire place. Your own private washer/dryer and beach umbrella/chairs in closet outside door. Even though the area is quiet safe, you will have a private code good only for your stay.

Air BnB blocks my number but I will respond to your messages promptly.

Beautiful cherry grove point. Great walks in the area. The beach there feels much more like Wrightsville than Myrtle Beach.

Free Parking.

The complex has its own private pool. No gym or hottub. No pets. The coolest beach entrance to the “point” is at the end of Ocean Blvd steps from the condo.

Location is everything

Second time staying here and once again the condo didn't disappoint. It's perfect for us as a family of 4 with kids 8 and under. We're at the beach in 5 minutes, full size kitchen to make meals easy to cook so we're not going out and saving money. It's quiet and there's a pool too. Drew is a great host and did I mention the location.

Wife, son and I stayed this past Monday through Friday. The condo was excellent! Very clean inside and outside. Boy and I went to fish the Cherry Grove inlet and pier. The wife went to read books and sit on the beach. We had a great time and definitely recommend this condo.

This unit was perfect for my family. One tv has multiple signed in streaming services, wifi that reaches the pool area, clean towels and bedding and even little soaps (like hotels, which most hosts dont do and was helpful with the dishes). Unit is fully stocked with beach items (chairs and umbrellas) and the unit even has a personal washers/dryer, if you need it. It is a little dated, but it reminds me of staying down the shore (Wildwood, NJ) as a child in the 90s, so it was very nostalgic for me (it is dated, but NOT in bad condition or uncomfortable). Its an amazing location with multiple beach accesses (the one by the dead end sign has far less people than the access directly across the street, fyi). The balcony has views of the ocean (between buildings) and the pool has a view overlooking a marshy area that is full of natural life to watch while the kids splash around. I have a child with Autism/Sensory processing disorder, so being able to be about a 20min drive from the loudness and people of Mrytle Beach and having our own little secluded area right by the beach to unwind while still being able to enjoy ourselves was such a joy. No one felt like they were "missing out" by just sitting on the beach watching the waves crash. If i could, Id try to buy one of the units here to live year round! We are new to visiting South Carolina (my Mom moved from PA less than a year ago) but I think I found my go to spot for when I take the Family down here for visits. Thank you!!!

Great Location

Great location in Cherry Grove near the point. We came down for the NMB kite club Sunday fly. We could easily walk from the unit to the point with all our stuff. The unit was well stocked and for the most part clean. The biggest pain was the rope moving for entering and exiting the property.

Dated condo

First off the door lock doesn’t always work to open. The sheets and towels were dirty. Management said it was stained but I had to wash everything. The shower in the bedroom had mold and worms coming out of the cracks. And the old wall mount air conditioners had so much dust.so much more to list. Needs lots of updating

This property is in an excellent location, just a short walk to the beach. The parking lot is roped off and you will have to remove the ropes when entering and exiting the property.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay at the quiet end of the strip. Doug was always quick to respond and the check-in/check-out process was easy. Beach was a short walk, across the street or through the access at the end of the road. Amenties were light from other places we have stayed but for us (Adults), was more than adequate. We would definitely book again if in the area.

Location Was Perfect!

Family of 4 with 2 kids 7 and 2. This was the perfect location with young kids. We were literally minutes walking to Cherry Grove Beach and being on the Northside we we're right by the tide pools that our kids could play in during low tide. Quiet area of the beach because there's not a lot of highrises. We're already considering booking again for next year.

Just a wonderful place!

I stayed a couple of months from mid November to early February. This was a lovely quiet place across the street from the beach and a few steps from beach access. Although out of season there is a pool, unit laundry, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, balcony with ocean view, kitchenette, beach accessories. Quiet area but close to restaurants, shops, the pier, and other activities. Really great responsive owner.

Spacious and comfortable

We were pleasantly surprised by how much space the house had. The small kitchen was just what we needed for our stay. The beach was just across the street and the pool on the property was well maintained.

Great place!

Was a nice area, had an air mattress with sheets which was useful to us, had beach chairs and umbrellas, pool was really clean, condo was clean and had things for us to use like dishes, laundry supplies, etc. It’s a very family friendly area!
