This was absolute paradise. The home and backyard pool amenities with view are spectacular and well appointed. Plenty of beautiful furniture and convenience items.It was such a luxury and worth every penny.The hostess, Vivian was amazing and very quick to respond with all correspondence.I also appreciate all the welcome and check out instructions that were posted for convenience.

Repeat stay

We are repeat visitors to this house. The house is clean, well maintained and amply stocked for guests. The remote management of pool heat is a little frustrating as you are reliant on someone else to turn if on and adapt the schedule to your family which you may not have down for a day or two. Once we got the schedule it was fine but it took some time.We got to see a couple dolphins and a beautiful sting ray off the dock. The new pool furniture was a great addition.

Beautiful Home!!!

We just left 4 days ago, and it was absolutely amazing!Communication- easy, fast to respond and 100% willing to help with any and all of our needs and requests.Home- Very Clean and updated, with the most AMAZING views. We saw dolphin's, fish and a sting ray off the dock. The boys caught a few fish as well. The pool and hot tub were wonderful!!We would definitely go back and are already being asked by family and friends for information on the home after seeing our pictures we posted from our trip!

Our family lovec this beautiful property! Amazing views, right on Tampa Bay. Plenty to do- swimming, game room, all the accommodations that we needed. It was conveniently located for our travel purposes. Would stay again!

Fun, relaxing Getaway

This home was a wonderful getaway for our family with teenagers. Wonderful view, excellent fishing, all the necessary appliances and features, with an entertaining game room to play in and an infinity pool to relax in. We arrived good before a storm, and the owners were in communication checking in and ensuring our safety. Check in, communication, and overall experience was excellent for all.

Beautiful vacation home

Let me start by saying this home is beautiful. It is well appointed and extremely clean! We enjoyed a week with a family of adults and a teenager. Let’s start with the fact that this home was extremely clean and well maintained. The kitchen had nice appliances and all the amenities needed(except a can opener which we bought and left). The screened in back porch was wonderful to sit and enjoy the day. I would recommend off spray and candles to try to keep the mosquitoes away. Floating in the pool right at the edge of the water is a great way to spend the day. We also enjoyed fishing off the dock and say dolphins and manatees! People should be aware that there is a home being built next door and the construction was very loud and workers are overlooking the pool and deck area. This is not anything the owner can do about, but renters should be aware. We would rent again!

Stunning view

PROS: This view was absolutely perfect. The pool was beautiful and we could sit in the back all day enjoying the wildlife, water, and cityscape on the horizon. You also can’t miss the sunrise here! It’s worth the early morning. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. There were many conveniences like a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, a fabulous game room, and pool toys. It was so cozy and we felt very safe! It was quiet and peaceful, and I enjoyed it much more than staying in a busy high-rise condo by the beach. CONS: With this house being at such a high price point, there were a few disappointments. The large shade umbrella on the back patio was broken, there was no propane for the fire pit, and the master bath was frustratingly small. There is an unfinished and messy construction site next-door that was somewhat of an eyesore, but didn’t bother us too much. The biggest frustration was the lack of communication about how to operate the spa. There was a remote in the home to control it, but with no directions. After spending a lot of time troubleshooting, I communicated with the owner to learn that it had to be turned on by them. That procedure was confusing and I was disappointed to not hear anything back one evening after making a request, and we didn’t get to use it. I think the owner could definitely provide some more clarity on that. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would recommend… Especially if you love a place with a peaceful view

Beware of owner

Bugs in the house, AC does not work properly. I addressed it and all she was more worried about me not having a guest registered to be there. No propane for fire pit. Not the nicest neighborhood. Nice view, however, not a great smell by the water. Ceiling fans do not help, only slow speed, no high speed. Day 1 thermostat was set at 80 degrees. It took until the next morning to actually cool off the house. For what you pay for this house, I expected it to be perfect, not just ok.

On the water

This home is perfect. Pool, waterfront, clean - everything you could want in Tampa/Clearwater! Neighborhood was not as nice as this property, but nothing alarming.

Tranquility

We loved our stay! Everything was perfect. We spent a lot of time relaxing by the pool, and making memories as a family. It truly was a tranquil experience, and one that we will remember forever. It is exactly as listed, and everything was seamless throughout our stay.

Just amazing!

Absolutely incredible appartment! It turned out to be even nicer than on the already beautiful pictures. Moreover, the house offered all equipment that one needs for perfect holidays with children - especially the pool was just fantastic!! Thank you for the awesome 3 days that we were able to spend in Clearwater!!

Great home.

We LOVED our time spent at this house. The home was very clean and spatious. The view was spectacular. We spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub. There was also a great game room that we utilized on rain days. The home was a little ways from the beaches but it was nestled in a quiet neighboorhood. Close to a fun golf course and food. The host was fantastic. Very easy to get a hold of and easy to work with. We can't wait to go back again!

Clearwater getaway

Property clean and as advertised. Pool and spa were awesome. Gameroom was fun. View of the bay is stellar. There is construction next door but did not bother us as we visited on a weekend. Would stay here again!

Spectacular setting

This home's backyard and pool deck are absolutely beautiful. We spent as much time as possible outside. The interior is updated, clean and well stocked, and the surrounding area is quiet, well kept and great for taking strolls. The owner and manager communicated very well when things weren't working or needed explaining. Overall a very nice property for rentals.

Fun in Florida

It was a beautiful & very clean home. It was in a great location, easy access to everything (beach, food, airport). We loved the game room. The only thing I would suggest if your staying for the pool/hot tub...the property host needs to turn on the heater a week before because we were never able to use it because it was too cold. Other than that, we loved it!

Private escape for family time

We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well stocked and the dining room was a great place to enjoy family dinners with a gorgeous view. The pool and jacuzzi were really enjoyable and we loved sitting on the back porch in the evenings.

Perfect

Stayed for 3 nights, accurate listing had a great time rave reviews no issues at all, likely to take more visitors to the area. Dolphins on night 1 during high tide. Kids ised the pool/hottub nonstop, overlooked bay, gas fireplace, bbq. Everything was great thank you.
