Direkt Beachfront 2 Story hem-2 vecka Minimum

Direkt på stranden, 2 våningar strandstad stadsbostad. Bara några steg till den vita sandstranden. Avkopplande och uncrowded stadsdel med endast 5 enheter i vårt komplex. Familjerummet, matsalen och köket har direkt utsikt över havet och inkluderar en stor plattskärms-TV, DVD-spelare, gratis Wi-Fi. Familjerum öppnar till en privat uteplats, bara några steg från stranden. Kök uteplats ligger också på stranden och delas med enheten intill. Den extra stora bekväma köket har ett stort fönster med sittplatser för underhållande eller avkopplande. Gott om diskutrymme, stort kylskåp, diskmaskin och mikrovågsugn. Det är komplett med alla rätter, glas, krukor och pannor, mixer, kaffekanna, brödrost, samt alla köksredskap du behöver. Bifogat till köket är en promenad i skafferi med tvättmaskin och torktumlare också.
Den nedre sovrummet har 2 enkelsängar och badrum.
På övervåningen loftet har en dag säng med utsikt över havet. Det stora sovrummet ligger bredvid loftet och det har en king size-säng, extra sittplatser, TV, alla med utsikt över havet. Extra stort badrum. Tänk dig att gå och lägga dig och lyssna på havets vågor på natten!
De 2 uteplatsarna vetter mot vattnet med gott om utemöbler och kolgrill. Vår stora uppvärmda pool delas med endast 4 andra hem och är ett utmärkt ställe att varva ner eller underhålla.
Alla sängkläder (lakan, kuddar, filtar, bad och strandhanddukar) finns. Vi har också 1 privat parkeringsplats som passar 2 bilar.

The Perfect Week

We found the location to be perfect in every way. We were close enough to enjoy what Clearwater had to offer but far enough away to have a very private setting. Highly recommend 10 steps to the Beach.

Great vacation on the Beach

Our stay was AMAZING. Friendly neighbors and great host. You’re on the beach and so east to come in and out with kids. We loved the convenience of everything and the house was a great beach house for the whole family. We will be back!

Excellent location and property

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Belleair location. The townhome was clean, had everything we needed for a week of fun in the sun, and was literally steps from the sand. The property owner, Cindy, was responsive, helpful, and very kind. I am thankful we found this place and look forward to staying here again soon!

Location excellent. Property while dated offered convenient parking, Well maintained pool just outside the front of the unit and the Gulf just outside the large glass French doors at the back of the unit. Large comfortable living room with excellent large TV.

Great beach access!

This house sat perfectly on the beach! Just steps out the back door was the ocean. It was convenient and extremely amazing to have the private beach access! The owners were communicating to us on day 1 ensuring that we had everything we needed. Our family had a very relaxing and lovely week staying at this property!

Perfect Location - great stay

Stayed as a family of 5 with lots of room to spare. Fully stocked home - beach towels, beach games, umbrellas, wagon and so much more. Responsive owners. Visited Clearwater Marine Aquarium and Alligator and wildlife discovery center, which were both ~20 min. Loved this place - would stay again!

Great location

This property is located right on The beach with amazing views. It’s a large home with plenty of space for our family of 6. It was extremely convenient having access to the owners beach chairs and toys, we learned to play spike ball and had a blast with the kids. The kitchen was also well equipped. I highly recommend!

10 steps to the beach.

The house was perfect for a family vacation on the beach. There were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and toys to use. The pool was very nice and heated. The beds were very comfortable. the house had plenty of room for our 5 adults and one 2 year old. The location was perfect to go to Clearwater or Madeira. We would rent this house again!

Cozy Beach Home!

We loved our stay! The home is exactly as described and pictured. Super cozy and functional, and really couldn’t be closer to the beach! I think we counted 10 steps from back patio to sand! The owner was as helpful as you could hope for and great to work with. We were a party of 6 (4 adults and 2 young kids) which felt about the perfect size for this home. We would happily return and would also highly recommend this property to others. Thank you for allowing us to rent your home and the Thanksgiving week memories our family will never forget!

Location location location

The townhouse was located right on the beach just as the pictures showed. It was bigger than it seemed in the photos and that was a nice surprise. The 5 of us were very comfortable there. It was well appointed with beach games, towels, chairs and even sunscreen. There was also a welcome gift of cheese/crackers and Prosecco when we arrived as well as a few snacks. The units on either side of us had separate entrances, decks and patios. A lovely home for our family holiday!
