Great Stay

Perfect spot close to airport and the Shepherds Conference. Easy access anytime of day. She provided water, soda and snacks at a very reasonable price.

Perfect, economical, comfortable

I needed a place to stay that is close to my son who just moved to LA in September. This was my first ever VRBO stay! The price was right and the location was close to my son. Edith is kind, thoughtful and doesn’t intrude. If you’re looking for a place to stay where you interact with the host, this isn’t it. She leaves you be. I saw her in person only once. She responds to text messages quickly. The only thing I’d say is that the neighbors got loud one Saturday night, but I always travel with ear plugs so not a problem for me. I had everything I needed in my room. She thinks of everything. Read the details, as it’s all covered, even how to work the heat and the AC. I’ll stay there again, if she’ll have me.

I am a retired Accountant. Have worked as Finance Manager in several Entertainment Companies here in Los Angeles. Kids have moved out and I have spare room to rent. This is strictly business for me. I am friendly but I give my guests privacy. I am available to chat only if they want to.

I have been doing this short term rental since 2017. This is my 2nd listing here at Vrbo. being a Super Host. So rest assured you are getting one best place to stay here in LA. The property is located in Sun Valley, CA. It is just 2 miles to Burbank Airport. The room is close to the front door so coming in & out of the house is at ease. This property is also close to all shopping centers within 2-7 miles range. The room is cozy not too big not too small just enough for a couple of travelers. You may also bring your kids with you. An optional queen or twin folding bed.
