Step into the 1950s in this cute and charming retro bungalow. Plenty of space to comfortably sleep 6. The third bedroom had is also a private office. You can relax in the large private yard surrounded entirely by a fence and private 2 car garage. The neighborhood is nice, quiet and safe. Just a short 12 minute drive to downtown Indy. Blocks away from Dairy Queen and Christian Park.
What you'll love about our place:
It's very spacious yet cozy with fun decor. Plenty of room for 4-6 people and all the comfort you need. Private fenced in yard. Great for short visits or month long stays.
*Built in 1925, our 1000 square ft home has original hardwood floors, 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths.
Two bedrooms are connected by a Jack and Jill bathroom. The 3rd bedroom doubles as private office space with a twin daybed that sleeps 2.
*Smart TV's in every sleeping area as well as living room.
*Nice big 2 car garage. Free street parking is also available.
*Huge private fenced in yard with outdoor seating.
*Laundry area is in the very clean basement.
*Quiet neighborhood.
*Lots of board games, coffee table foosball table, record player and books.
*PET FRIENDLY
*One dog is allowed but please ask permission first as we do not allow all dog breeds. There is a 30 pound weight limit and dogs must be supervised at all times or crated when left alone. Any damage caused by your pet will result in an additional fee.
*The Geiger&Peters Steel Company is directly behind our house and has been there since 1907. You may hear a low humming noise at certain times of the day but it is very low and most guests do not even notice this.
*Our neighborhood is very quiet and we do not allow parties or events of any type.

We've been to 36 countries together and our top 3 destinations are Thailand, Croatia, Prague and Venice. We have taught English in China and Saudi Arabia(in a past life:) We love taking our dogs, Rocky, Adrian and Mickey, with us to local breweries and cafes. Since we've traveled so much ourselves, we understand what a host should do to create a comfortable guest experience and know you'll love our place!
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
If you are traveling to Indy for a downtown event, you will love our place because it is just a short and easy 12 minute drive to downtown and quick drive to lots of cafes, restaurants and breweries. Dairy Queen and Christian Park are both just a couple blocks away. Our fully fenced in yard is perfect for relaxing at the end of a long day.
