Great experience and convenient location

A group of senior (65) tennis players were in town for the Indian Wells tournament. Beautiful property and within 15 minute drive to the tennis. Host was exceptional in communication and assistance.

Perfect vacation home for a family get together. The property was great with lots of fun games and great TV's. The host Dave was awesome and was always a text or call away. He responded within minutes. The only issue is that the parking is a little deceiving in the property write up as it is nearly impossible to fit 5 cars in the driveway unless the cars are all "small" compact cars. The HOA WILL tow your car with no warning, if you have it on the street after 10. It cost us 900 cash or zelle (no check or credit card payments, which seemed like extortion to us) for two trucks that were towed, as we could not fit them in the driveway. No notification, just walked out and our trucks were gone without an explanation. We thought our trucks were stolen. If you have trucks or SUV's the max parking is 3 since you can not park parallel to the driveway. The rental agreement IS clear that there is no street parking overnight. However, typically you would get a warning or a ticket at most properties. The offsite parking is not in the neighborhood and is out of the gated community and fairly far away from the house. After a few adult beverages, you will not want to "drive" to the offsite parking, so plan accordingly. Other than the parking, the property was awesome and we would stay there again and highly recommend the property. I can not overstate how awesome our host Dave was. It was perfect vacation for my son's 30th birthday. Thank you Dave!
