The property was a disappointment. We stayed one night, and ended up checking out early and ready to go home. There was animal hair in the beds and on the furniture, and we are animal lovers, but it was not cleaned. Ended up seeing 3 small roaches crawling around, and not because of rain. Pictures are much better than in person. Overall, very disappointed!

The location was the best you can ask for being across the main road, with the beach access right at your door way. It was a great price and really family friendly area. Having the pool right outside was also great.Wifi worked great not lag.Now the biggest problem everyone had was the lack of how clean it really was. The floor had something so slick on it my mother almost busted her butt. The windows and doors had lots of dirt and dust caked on. The vent had lots of dust and possibly mold (it was red). Side note if you're like me and don't like air blowing on know these are right on top of you in the beds. No escape. There was just endles musty smell from the vents and the pull out couch. I could forgive the couch cuz maybe some knuckle head kept seating on it wet, but it needs a good clean. Last which can't be helped is the building is thin. My neighbors had their tv on and it wasn't loud or anything crazy. Just had to hear it. Overall it was fair for the price and maybe if it had been a tad cleaner it would've been better. My family hated it, but I guess I'm more forgiving.

We had a wonderful overall experience... we enjoyed the convenient location, the beautiful view, the comfortable beds and amazing water pressure after a day at the beach. We felt right at home either cooking in the kitchen or relaxing in the family room or on the front porch. Thank you for welcoming us, during our stay-cation.

Infested with cockroaches & filthy. I have no idea how this place has such good reviews. Had to vacate after unpacking all our belongings after a 12 hour drive & find a hotel at 10:30 at night. Host said “it’s just water bugs” see attached pics. They were literally crawling in the bathroom and crawling inside of the blender in the pantry. My fiancé also found one that was about 2 1/2 to 3 inches long, which he could not get a picture of in time. Not only did this disrupt our vacation immediately we had to spend an extra thousand dollars. Renting a last-minute hotel for the week.
