Anläggningen är utspridd på nio vackert anlagda tunnland direkt på 700 fot vid lilla lagunens strand med exklusiv privat strandsträcka bara några steg bort tvärs över gatan.

Denna 1200 kvadratmeter lägenhet är en av de trevligaste enheterna i komplexet. Det erbjuder ett stort fullt utrustat kök, matsal och vardagsrum med 2 sovrum, 2 fulla bad och tvättmaskin / torktumlare i enheten. Vardagsrum och båda sovrummen öppna till privat balkong med direkt utsikt över en av två pooler i olympisk storlek i komplexet (plus två barnpooler).

Anläggningen erbjuder 50 privata båtslipp, båtlansering, 3 lusthus, bänkar, picknickbord och grillar. Fisk från en av bryggorna utan att lämna området (komplett med en fiskrengöringsstation)!

Till skillnad från många enheter ingår en startförsörjning av bad- och handtvålar, toalettpapper, pappershanddukar, tvätt och tvättmaskin tvål och sopor. Helt sängkläder och handdukar (inklusive badlakan) tillhandahålls och en tvättmaskin / torktumlare i full storlek är bekvämt belägen i hallen för din användning.

Perfect getaway

Very nice place to stay, very clean , we had a great time. Easy access to fishing and beach! The condo was well stocked with dishes and cookware.

Roomy for our needs

Rooms were roomy and spacious. Had utilities we needed such as cookware, etc. Condo was clean for the mist part other than Bed Comforters had dog or cat hair on them from the previous people that stayed. We jope sheets were washed.

Just what we needed

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights and enjoyed our visit. Great size condo and loved that it was pet friendly. The only negative was the beds, which were hard and not comfortable. Great proximity to the pool and the ocean. We would stay there again, and our dogs loved it.

No internet

Had no internet the entire time. Repeated Communications with owner, many calls to internet provider, still no internet. We finally gave up on having internet by the fourth day. Vacation shouldn't be spent dealing with internet problems.

Love this place

Thanksgiving getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! It was overall very clean and had everything we needed. Very nice and quiet and comfortable. Will definitely look into staying here again next year!

Noisy neighbors

The upper apartments apparently had cleaning crews working all through the night to early morning. Was unable to get sleep from 12:00 am to after 4am in the morning. Mostly vacuuming and cleaning.

Perfect!

I love this location! The condo and the property is very well maintained. I searched for a pet friendly condo and this one was perfect. When you walk in, you would never know that pets stay here. It was very clean and smelled very clean. With the lagoon in the back and the beach just across the street, it was perfect! We will definitely stay here again, the pictures are exactly what you will get. Thank you for allowing us to stay with our fur babies.

The location was great! The floor plan at the condo was perfect

We had some problems with the internet connection with our Apple devices. Because the internet was not secure, Apple would not allow our devices bypass a secure login.

Great location! Would definitely recommend!

It’s a short walk to the beach and the pool was right outside the door. Condo was clean and very accommodating. Cathy was great at communicating and responding to any questions or concerns. Would recommend!

Wonderful Condo!

The property was very spacious and clean. Well stocked with all the items we needed (ie towels, kitchen items, games, etc) The beds were comfortable and we had a wonderful view overlooking the pool. I would book again. Also, the property manager was very kind and helpful when I had questions. Very much appreciated.

Great place!

My family and I absolutely loved this condo! There was a great starter supply of everything we needed. The condo was nicely furnished and very comfortable. The pool was great and well maintained. The grounds were dog friendly and kept very clean. It was so easy to get to the beach across the road and the pier on the lagoon was amazing for watching the sunrise and sunset. We really loved the storage building so we didn't have to store our sandy beach stuff in the condo and make a huge mess. Cathy was great about staying in touch when I had a couple of questions before our stay. Overall this place was amazing and we will definitely stay here again!

Gulf Shores has long been our favorite vacation spot. We fell in love with the Sea Oats complex and had heard from many friends that it was their preferred place to stay.

We chose to allow most pets, with prior approval, as we too are animal lovers and always travel with our two dachshunds. Finding a place to accept them can be difficult. We hope you appreciate the added benefit and take care when you do bring your four legged family member to ensure they do not damage the place so that we can continue to offer this benefit.
