This stylish place to stay is perfect for singles or small group trips.

After your 5min walk from beach you will relax in this spacious, mid-century house. Sugar Sand Bungalow #1 is perfectly appointed with a relaxing mid-century modern and local beach feel.

House is completed remodeled with King Bed, full kitchen with handmade butcher block island, and a sweeping sofa with pull out queen bed.

Guests have access to shared Washer/Dryer and outdoor fire pit sitting area.

Quiet neighborhood and just 5min walk from the 10th and 12th Ave Beach entrances.

Very walkable with restaurants and shops within 10-15min by foot.

Welcome to Sugar Sand Bungalows! I hope you have a fantastic trip and get to enjoy the beautifully beaches steps from the door and great hospitality of the community.

A few notes about your upcoming stay:
1) Cleaning fee covers light cleaning, bedding and towel cleaning. Please take out trash to garbage can and place dishes and glassware inside dishwasher and start before departure.
2) Beach towels are available in your unit. Ensure that sand is shaken off before washing. Beach chairs are available also for use. Please use the hose to wash all excess sand away and hang on the rack each night when you return.
3) Absolutely no smoking in the unit. Use illegal substances are not permitted. Failure to comply could result in having your reservation voided without refund.
4)Accidents happen. If something does happen please notify me immediately through the app or by text.

Delightful bungalow near beach

Very pleasant and welcoming beach bungalow, perfect for our 2 night getaway. Walked to beach, and restaurants for dinner. Also a very cool nature preserve through mangroves. Path starts behind nearby playground! Unit has beach chairs, beach towels, cooler and umbrella! Matthew was prompt with all communication and showed us hospitality. Hope to stay here again on next visit to IRB!

Perfect location

The property is central to all IRB has to offer. The house was clean with many amenities (you could cook a full meal if you wanted). A/C worked great (though the temp didn’t get above 85 while we were there). Very comfortable bed and couch. This house has access to a washer and dryer; however, it is shared with two other “houses”. The other folks were using it for most of our time so we didn’t actually get to use it. Only concern was on most windows, the blinds do not cover all of the window, leaving large gaps on the sides which don’t allow for total privacy. Beach provisions were much appreciated. Parking is limited to one car.
