Thank you for leaving a review of your stay at Breezy Mtn River Cabin. This home can take a while to warm up but once warm it does stay nice and toasty. Wildlife is abundant throughout the neighborhood.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you found the location quiet and serene — the peaceful setting near the river truly makes this cabin special, especially during the warmer months. We appreciate you pointing out the details regarding the layout of the primary suite and the televisions. The main-level bedroom and bath are designed as an open-concept space, which some guests enjoy for its spaciousness; however, this layout may not suit everyone’s preferences. We’re also sorry to hear about the TV issue in the lower-level living area. Had we been contacted during your stay, we would have been happy to send someone to take a look and resolve the problem right away. While the rainy weather may have limited your outdoor plans, we hope you were still able to enjoy the comfort and relaxation the cabin provides. Thank you again for your thoughtful review and for staying with us.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of your stay at Breezy Mtn River Cabin. We hate to hear that you had to cancel plans with your family. However, the cabin was cleaned prior to your arrival and checked by an inspector. Your stay was over the fourth of July holiday, and we did contact appliance companies in the area, but they were unable to get to the cabin during your stay. The refrigerator has been checked and is now in good working condition. There are mini split units throughout the property, these are not window AC units. We will be discussing a refund with you privately. A review of the cleaning reports from before your arrival and after will be completed to ensure that everything is in working order for our next guests.
