Welcome to our Casa! The Main Living Space presents you with Rich, Red Brick Flooring, Exposed Wood Beams, and a Toasty Kiva Fireplace (wood not provided). You will absolutely feel the New Mexico Vibes when you enter this Bright, Cozy, Comfortable 3 Bedroom / 3 Bath Dwelling with just the right touch of Southwest-Inspired, Modern Decor. Recently-added Skylights illuminate the Space during the day, making the room feel Light and Airy. (Black-out Shades in all Bedrooms.) New HVAC, *Refrigerated/Central AC* (rare in Albuquerque) keeps you cool during the warmer months!

Loft / Upper-Level 2nd Living Area presents you with Sandia Mountain Views + Smart TV for lounging.

The Kitchen offers Granite Counters w/ Waterfall Edge, New Soft-Close Cabinetry, New Stainless Steel Samsung Appliances, Coffee Bar, + Patio-Access. We've stocked the Kitchen with plenty of pots + pans, cooking utensils, chopsticks, wine/bottle opener(s), wine glasses, salt, pepper, oils, Starbucks Coffee (K-cups), and Lipton Tea! Half & half plus sugar/sweetener available as well.

The Home features 2 Master Suites (one on each level) with Recently Renovated Private/Ensuite Bathrooms with Floor-to-Ceiling Tile and Frameless Glass. Each Master has a Smart TV equipped w/ Roku + Free Netflix. Bedroom #3 (on main level) doubles as an Office/Work Area and offers its own little Patio/Private Outdoor Space. There's also a Full Bath adjacent to Bedroom #3 (essentially, each bedroom in this home has its own bathroom). The Spacious Upper-Level Master Suite offers a Luxurious King Bed. The First-Floor Master has a Comfy Queen. In Bedroom #3 you'll find a Full/Double Bed (which sleeps 1-2 depending on comfort-level). Additionally, there's a Rollaway Twin/Single Bed in the First-Floor Master walk-in closet.

We've taken great care to ensure a restful, rejuvenating night's sleep in our Casa. All beds in the Home (aside from the rollaway) feature 12" Green Tea Infused Pressure-Relieving Memory Foam Mattresses plus 2" Ultra-Plush, Temperature Regulating, Gel-Infused Memory Foam Mattress-Toppers for extra comfort. Each bed equipped with Incredibly Soft, Cool, Breathable, 100% Cotton 400-Thread-Count Sheets.

Guests are welcome to enjoy and utilize the entire property including the home, 2-car garage, courtyard, backyard + patio(s).

NO SMOKING, PLEASE
Smoking is not permitted inside of the home. Please make sure that doors and windows are closed if smoking outside.

NO PARTIES
Parties, events, and gatherings are not permitted (unless previously agreed upon, in writing, at the time of booking). Please mention if you plan to have guests over who are not included in your reservation.

QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours between 10pm-7am. Please be respectful of your neighbors.

RESPECT
As with anywhere that you stay, please be respectful of the property and the people/neighbors that you may encounter. Please treat the home as you would if it belonged to a family member or close friend.

PET POLICIES
*Only one (1) pet allowed per stay. *Pets are not to be left unattended in the home unless placed in a crate or kennel. *Pets are not permitted on any beds in the home. *If you plan to travel with your pet, please bring some old sheets/towels to protect the newer furniture/sofas in the living areas. *Guests are required to dispose of all pet-waste prior to check-out.
