The location is ideal for nature lovers. Itâs very close to Rio Grande river and walking trails. There are several amazing restaurants close.
The house is beautifully remodeled and tastefully decorated. It has a modern yet rustic feel. Itâs super cozy, comfortable and well stocked. Its approximately 900 sq ft with two bedrooms, one full bath, a living room, kitchen, laundry room, a private outdoor patio with a built in grill and dining table. The front porch has Mountain Viewâs and a small patio set. One bedroom has a king bed, one has a queen bed and theres a queen futon in the living room. There are 3 tvs one in each room and one in the living room. Thereâs also a desk and chair for those working individuals.

The home is centrally located and minutes to I-25 and I-40. There are two off street parking spaces in front of the house.

There are two homes on the lot. They are private of each other and do not share anything. They both have their own private parking spots and private outdoor living spaces.
