The only complaints I have is that the direction to getting to the condo was inaccurate. So, it took us awhile to figure that out. The signage for directions on the property was lacking. So, got lost several times getting from point A to point B. The elevator was not working when we checked out. So, we had to carry our luggage down stairs. Other than that the condo was wonderful

Great Location for family Golf Trip

Our party of six adults spent 5 days enjoying Amelia Island from this home base. The condo had everything we needed and we would stay here again.

Could use a couple baking sheets in kitchen. Sadly our one designated parking spot was under construction all week. Also first full day we were 4 hours without running water. Rental hosts were nice and we made the most of it!

Elaine, Thank you for your feedback. We understand these things can put a strain on your vacation. The water was a plumbing emergency in the building and was something we could not control.We will address the baking sheets, and add those to the unit for our next guest to enjoy.

Wonderful long weekend

Six adults with plenty of privacy in this well maintained property. Property management company very accommodating with our requests for early Checkin/late checkout due to flight change. The pool area was beautiful and the beach pristine. Would stay here again.

Retired relief!

What a great location for us all! Although there were several obvious areas that needed repair and paint in the entry, the condo was centrally located and well-equipped. We all enjoyed our get-away!

Overall I was pleased with our stay. It was a little harder to get to and from the beach than anticipated given the stairs to and from the villa and maintenance on the elevator.

Great location tons of room

We really liked the place and the price Very clean and such a beautiful spot. The patio is just below the view out to the beach. But you can hear the wave!!

On Island Time

1111 is a beautiful condo, with a well stocked kitchen. We had room for our entire party to sit at the dinning room table and there is plenty of seating. The property is beautiful and we had many bunny and turtle sightings during our stay.

Beautiful accommodation with everything you need & more!

Property was decorated beautifully; bedding/linens were 5-star quality…slept very comfortably every night. Kitchen had every utensil, pot/pan, slow cooker, etc you would nee, plus a Keurig coffee maker, seasonings, oil, etc. we were so surprised by how well equipped/stocked it was! The space was so comfortable and beautiful; we plan to go back next year!

Great beach vacation

We enjoyed staying at this condo. Cute decor throughout, and some board games which our family enjoyed. Well-stocked kitchen. It’s a short walk to the development pool and beach, which are both beautiful and clean and not over-crowded even at peak “spring break” time, and about a 20 minute drive from the downtown areas of the island. Both the condo and the building itself have a lot of stairs, but we managed fine.

Beautiful location & spacious condo. There isn't an unobstructed view of the ocean, but you can still hear it. And the path to get to the ocean/beach is easily traversed. We had issues with the elevator the first night we got there, but the host was quick to respond the next morning and the elevator was fixed very quickly.
