Owners are wonderful. They invested in high quality furniture, kitchen equipment, dishes, pots, pans, specialty items, sharp knives, comfortable beds, sheets, blankets, pillows, beach equipment and they were responsive to our inquiries and requests. In short, they created an environment of caring for our outcome. The only hiccup: an insensitive cleaning supervisor, on our departure, who should be ‘educated’ to older folks limitations on speed).
