It is located in a quiet and safe community, only 8-10 min from Las Vegas Blvd. The studio count with a luxurious Queen size bed, a sofa bed, 55 inch TV, Wifi, microwave, refrigerator, electric stove, silverware, cookware, rice cooker, Iron, hair dryer, washer and dryer and many other things for your comfort. It also include the main amenities. It is very close to shopping centers and food markets (including Walmart, Sam's club, etc).

Quiet and close to the strip

The property was clean and spacious. There was a large closet for belongings and a futon near the bed. The shower was amazing and there was access to a TV. The neighborhood was quiet and there was plenty of parking available. The house was also super close to the strip and lots of delicious restaurants. We were also able to see several firework shows from the house! We absolutely love this place and will definitely be coming back!

Quiet nice residential

I came to Las Vegas for dental surgery and to visit family. My first night was in a motel on the strip. Hated it! Then, when this properly became available I moved. Like coming home, all the comforts.

This is such a perfect studio if you are looking to stay in Vegas! Its so clean and very spacious. It’s in a very quiet and safe neighborhood and a central location to restaurants and shopping. Thank you Pedro for being a wonderful host!

Sweet Little Suite

This cozy studio suite had exactly what I needed for a working weekend in the area - kitchenette, living areas, great shower and walkable neighborhood. The host is very accommodating and communicative. Highly recommend and would stay here again. Thanks!

The check-in process was smooth and I really enjoyed staying here. It is in a nice neighborhood, not too far from the strip (approx 10-15 min). There is a Walmart really close by and there is plenty of parking in front of the house. The wifi was a little slow but other than that, I had no issues. There is a lot of closet space, the bed was comfy, there was nice little couch, and the shower was amazing. I would 10/10 stay here again. It was definitely a great experience and affordable.

Great Property, Neighborhood, Convient to all local fair.Shopping,Food and close to the Strip.. It just wasnt as clean as i would liked.. Surface Clean is Great but i think after guess leave they should do a deeper clean.."lift the toilet seat up"

Cozy and Cleanliness

Overall great experience! Quiet neighborhood and lots of shops in the area to stock up on groceries and other amenities. It is 10 minutes away from the Vegas strip, so conveniently close. The space is perfect for an affordable getaway if you choose not to spend a lot at a resort. AC works great!

Nice room

This studio is attached to a house. The entrance is on the left side of the house (I got in late and tried to use the front door but its the side door to get in). It was enough for a weekend in Vegas that doesn't involve the Strip. The location is a few miles west of the strip (near Flamingo & Tenaya, between Rainbow and Buffalo). You'll need to bring some supplies if you want to eat/cook or use the regular coffeemaker.
