One dog possible with prior approval and pet fee paid.
The Space:
SLEEPING:
Bedroom 1 (lower level): King-size bed, Flat screen TV, Access to patio with hot tub, Private bath with walk-in dual headed shower & 2 sinks.
Bedroom 2 (lower level): Queen-size bed, Flat screen TV, Shared bath with combination bathtub/shower & 1 sink.
Bedroom 3 (lower level): Queen/Queen bunk with twin trundle, Flat screen TV, DVD player, bath shared with bedroom 2.
AMENITIES – The three bedrooms including a master king bedroom, a queen bedroom, a queen over queen bunk bedroom and additional sleeping space on the sleeper sofa in the living room, will comfortably sleep ten. The open floor plan that connects the living area, kitchen and dining area means you can gather in comfort with your family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen that boasts stainless appliances and granite countertops allows for easy entertaining. The dining area table seats up to 8 with room for 4 at the eat-in counter so everyone can be together for meals. Relax after a busy day in front of the large flat screen TV for a movie with a fire lit in the background to recharge you for the next day on the mountain. Slip out the lower level patio door to soak in the private hot tub under a starry sky.
The Neighborhood:
LOCATION – This townhome is the perfect base for your group of friends or family as it is conveniently located to the slopes, the shuttle and downtown Breckenridge. Walk to historic Main St. or catch the free shuttle located only one-half block away to take you to the slopes or anywhere in Summit County! The Maggie Point development sits at the south end of Main St in Breckenridge. Walkability is great and it is a quick 5 minute walk to the nearest restaurant (the Breckenridge Brewery) and ten minute walk to the Quicksilver lift. The neighborhood is also serviced by the free shuttle service.
Getting Around:
Walk to Main Street Breckenridge within 5 minutes or walk to the Quicksilver lift in 10 minutes. There is also free ride shuttle service just outside of the development which will take you all over Breckenridge and Summit County.
Other Things to Note:
Pet possible with approval and $250 one time pet fee paid. Cancellation Policy: Once the reservation is confirmed and the first portion of the payment has been made, those funds are non refundable. The remaining balance will be due thirty days before your arrival. Once the balance is paid, that portion is also non-refundable. If the ski area shuts down or a public health order prevents us from hosting you during your reserved time, you will be eligible for a full refund or will be able to reschedule.
