Welcome to Portside P6, a beautiful 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom townhome located in the quiet west end of Panama City Beach. Nestled within Portside Resort, this townhome has access to loads of amenities including 3 community pools, 3 tennis courts, shuffleboard areas, and more. On the first floor, you will find an open kitchen, living and dining area filled with natural light from a large sliding glass doors that lead to the covered patio. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is plenty of seating in the dining area. There are sleeping arrangements for 7 people with a queen bedroom bedroom, a twin-over full bunkbed in the second bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living area downstairs. You'll love the balcony on the second floor which is the perfect spot to catch the Florida sunset. Come make Portside P6 your family vacation tradition, the beach it waiting!

Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. Beach Trip July 2024

We really enjoyed our stay and will come again. The only complaint we have is that there is no trash can in the kitchen area at all so we had to stack our trash on the counter in empty plastic bags from Walmart.

Never again

Opened the door for the first time and was just about knocked out by the smell of animal urine. The loveseat was saturated in the smell. The carpet wreaked of it and was ripped, master bed was not completely made, there were not any blankets on either bed. First evening and first full day were spent waiting on people to show up to so called “resolve the situation”. We are in PCB several times a year and have never experienced anything like this. Poor management. It was a nightmare and waisted trip!

Mediocre

Overall, this unit needs several things fixed. The dryer kept shutting off after 5 minutes, the knobs of the cabinets were falling off, there was broken rim on a glass my daughter tried drinking out of, the light in the bunk room was so dim you couldn’t see the floor clearly, the bunk bed ladder was wobbling and a safety issue, the carpet looked to be pulled apart and it was covered poorly by an I’ll fitting mat that we continually tripped over and wouldn’t allow the door to shut. The floors were filthy, our feet were black within 5 minutes after taking shoes off and walking around. There was an “onsite dumpster” that after we drove around and around looking for was at the very back of the property. We would not recommend this property to another.
