We had a great stay here. The house was very clean and welcoming. The hot tub felt great after a long day of hiking at RMNP (those trails are no joke). The communication from the host was great! Our favorite part was watching the mule deer feed from our front porch!

House had everything we needed for an overnight stay. It was clean and comfortable. We even had a deer outside when we went to leave. We would definitely stay here again.

We can’t say enough positive things about this home. It’s clear a lot of thought went into every detail from the design of the house to the thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds comfortable, towels were plush, even robes and slippers for the hot tub and it so clean. We loved the Keurig stocked with coffee, decaf coffee and hot chocolate! Tea provided too along with spices, oil, salt and pepper. It really makes a difference to have these items when you are traveling from out of state. Violet was very responsive and helpful. AAA

Great stay! Easy access to Rocky Mountain National Park. Loved the hot tub and reading in the front porch at dawn. Lovely hummingbirds frequent the porch. Easy access to downtown Estes Park. Get a breakfast burrito from The Bird’s Nest; you won’t regret it.I’d stay here again without thought.

We’ve stayed in many rental houses over the years and this one was top notch. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed: the towels were fluffy, coffee pods plentiful and everything was super clean!! We loved the proximity to RMNP and the town of Estes Park. The hot tub was clean and felt great after a long day of hiking! We loved sitting on the porch enjoying the views. Beds were comfortable (one of the adults in our group said he slept better in this house than in his own bed!). All in all, it was a great place to getaway. Thank you Violet for being so responsive throughout our stay.

Violet has thought of (and most importantly provided) EVERYTHING a family could need while in Estes Park. Close to downtown and RMNP. Would highly recommend staying here!!

We stayed for four nights in June of 2026 as a family of four. The house was exactly as pictured. Violet has thought of absolutely everything. Would highly recommend and plan to be back!

This was such a nice house to stay in to take a break from the real world for a couple of days. It was a little cold for hiking but we had a great time relaxing in the house, making use of the Switch, board games, and cooking supplies! We enjoyed the hot tub as well. Such a great, cozy spot and we would love to go back soon!

One of the best we’ve stayed in. Extremely clean, organized, great instructions. Low demands for check out. Very comfortable beds and lovely views. Lots of perks-coffee and tea bar, great appliances and hot tub. Hope to stay again!

Just what we were looking for! We needed a few days to relax and refresh and this home checked all the boxes.Good location, comfortable beds/bedding, tea kettle, coffee & hot chocolate pods, and overall " good feel" of the home. With the cold weather, the robes & slippers for the hot tub were a treat, as was the little fireplace!We will keep this one on our list!
