Our 2 Bed/2.5 Bath townhouse has the beach access and panoramic Intracoastal marsh views you need for your next vacation. Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, you will enjoy 3-minute walks to the public beach access during the day and watch the most amazing sunsets from our two back decks at night. Have a 4x4 vehicle and want to drive on the beach to fish? Youâre only one street over from that access point!
For transparency, this property has two security cameras: one facing the backyard, covering the grass area, and one at the front, monitoring the driveway and front porch. These cameras are solely for security purposes and do not face any interior spaces.

My wife and I are recent transplants to the Wilmington area but quickly fell in love with coastal North Carolina. While she works with a local medical group, I spend my time working from home as a digital consultant.
When we're not working, we love finding time to travel to our place in North Topsail Beach or visit family further down the coast.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt
When staying at the property, be sure to check out the back decks at sunset. Because of the location and angle of the home, you'll be treated to unobstructed panoramic views of the sunset over the Intracoastal Waterway. The best sunsets I've ever seen in my life have occurred from that back deck when you have just a few clouds in the sky that reflect the last bit of light as the sun sinks over the horizon. I hope you get to experience this during your stay!
