I served in the Navy at KIngs Bay Submarine Base and decided to return. In the evenings, I sit on the front porch to unwind. My life now is better without the traffic of the big cities.has been

This property has convenience to the base and to Crooked River. I enjoyed the process having it remodeled. The key focus with the remodel was to make it comfortable with quality materials.

There are some extras in the house:
Blue tooth bathroom fan in the master bath
Extra wide driveway for more parking
Extra cabinets in the kitchen for convenient storage
An outlet in each bedroom has USB ports for easy device charging
Home has been remodeled with new roof, repaired exterior, all new flooring, new bath vanities & toilets, plus more....
