The house has great space both indoor and outdoor, plenty of room for a large gathering. Clean and bright, comfortable beds and bedding and ample seating for lounging and eating. A bit of a drive to anything but that is to be expected for a 22-acre property. While the kitchen did have plenty in the way of utensils, plates, cookware, etc., there was not much in the way of paper goods (1 paper towel roll, 1 roll of TP per bathroom, and no napkins) and no cleaning supplies (no sponge for dishes, spray for counters or broom/vacuum to keep floors tidy)… might want to consider bringing or purchasing your own if that’s a priority. Only 1 small bath towel is provided per double occupancy room, so again, might want to bring extra. Owner does live on property and keeps an eye on the house and/or has cameras setup. My handicapped brother came to visit for the day with his service dog and I got a text five minutes after his arrival about the pet not being allowed inside. To the owners credit, once advised of the service dog status she let it be.

Thank you for your review. We’re so glad your family enjoyed the spacious property and had a wonderful time together! For the benefit of future guests, we’d like to clarify a few details regarding the supplies and amenities provided. As noted in our property description, we provide starter supplies of paper towels and toilet paper. Dish brushes, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and cleaning sprays are also available in the home. A broom and mop are located in the garage for guests’ convenience. We provide one towel set (bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth) per registered guest, with six additional towels available in the upstairs hall bathroom. A washer and dryer, along with laundry detergent, are also provided should guests wish to refresh towels during their stay. Our no-pet policy is clearly outlined in the house rules and is in place to help us maintain a clean, comfortable environment for all guests, including those with pet allergies. We appreciate your understanding when we clarified the situation regarding your brother’s service dog. Thank you again for staying with us. We appreciate your feedback and are always happy to help guests locate supplies or answer questions during their stay.

Great Stay with Friends

Beautiful, immaculately clean home. Seven adults stayed in this house very comfortably. We especially enjoyed the dining table and room, kitchen (good supply of cooking tools), living room/lounging space, and back patio/porch. It is a great property, very quiet and peaceful.

Great place for friends to gather

With five bedrooms, this place worked great for our 50th homecoming reunion. It was close to Furman University and the large dining room table worked well for our cookout on their gas grill. Regina, the owner responded immediately to our questions prior to and during our stay.

Regina our host was very accommodating. Even though we never met her, the texts that we received from her were warm and gracious. The house was just right for our family with plenty of room. We never felt on top of each other. The fact that we were away from the city and out in the country was another plus for us.

Clemson Homecoming Reunion Success

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay this past weekend! We were able to have our friends and children stay under one roof, and it was a great time. The house is laid out very well, and had several spots where the kids could play during the day. This is an excellent spot for those looking for an affordable, peaceful weekend. The owners were super responsive, and the communication was top notch.

Wonderful house and location

This house was large enough for our group to still feel homey but have our own space. Close enough to town it wasn’t a long drive but far enough away to be peaceful! Also we were able to get an early check in with ease and that was a huge help for our travel situation. Finally the owner was so accommodating to our large group and parking needs. We would’ve stayed longer if there was not other reservations.

Gorgeous home in the country

Great house for a family gathering or weekend getaway. Very nicely decorated. A great place to escape from the city, but too far out for running in to Greenville. If you just want to relax and enjoy the house, it’s perfect. The owners are very easy to work with. Nice people.
