Detta väl utformade bostadsrätt ligger i en lugn nisch på Sugarbush Access Rd. 3 miles från Sugarbush Mountain All Season Resort, som erbjuder några av de vackraste Green Mt. terräng för vandring, promenader, bad, kanot, slangar och skidåkning i nordöstra. Lyxvåningen sover enkelt sex och har en rymlig övervåning / bottenvåning känsla av komfort och integritet. Mad River Bus skickar skidåkare gratis från lägenheten) till Lincoln Peak (South). Denna pendelbuss heter The Valley Floor. Eftersom Mad Busss schema tenderar att förändras är det bäst att ringa företaget när det är på plats för att bestämma sin rutt.
Det finns förvaring i Mudroom för utomhusredskap, och en stor bagage / handsktorkare på första våningen. Det finns 1 sovrum på första våningen med en ny Queen size-säng och bifogat badrum. Köket är fullt utrustat med basmaterial, ugn, mikrovågsugn, diskmaskin och kylskåp; matplatsen placerar lätt 8; ett himmelupplyst vardagsrum har en öppen spis (ved tillhandahålls) och gott om sittplatser. Nymålade och en platt-TV, {Basic-kabel} plus internet. slutför bottenvåningen. På övervåningen finns 2 sovrum, sovrummet med en ny king size-säng och bifogat badrum, plus tvättmaskin / torktumlare; och ett 2: a sovrum med två enkelsängar.
Sommar- och höstsäsonger är mycket vackra i Vermont. Området Warren / Waitsfield överflödar av aktiviteter från natursköna körningar till forsränning, lokala hantverkares hantverksmässor, vandring, cykling, höjning och de underbara färgerna på höstlöv. Från juni till september trivs en Farmers'Market på greenen i Waitsfield och visar lokala produkter och hantverk för provsmakning och inköp. Det finns ofta vinprovningar vid Vermont vingårdar och Cabot Cheese Barn erbjuder turer och provsmakningar (och inköp).
Vintersäsongen ger utmärkt skidåkning, både på groomers och skogsskidåkning på Sugarbush Resort och Mad River Glen. Clay Brook, Sugarbushs nya bostadsrätt / timeshare-anläggning är öppen för allmänheten och har en fin restaurang, en cocktail-lounge och en närliggande pub. Shopping, från enkla livsmedel till fina gourmet-delikatesser, från skidbutiker i sluttning till fina kläder och unika butiker, kan nås inom en mil av radie från fastigheten.

Great stay

Weather was bad, so skiing wasn't great but that didn't stop us from having an enjoyable time at this great place. It was clean, well stocked and close to the mountain and multiple little VT towns with good food.

Wonderful stay in a clean & cozy ski condo!

We had a great time staying here. The owner was very kind and accommodating. The beds were comfortable, and the condo was clean & cozy. Relaxing by the fire w/ a glass of wine after a day on the slopes was heaven. Little things the owner provided such as full sets of dishes, glassware, pots, pans, bath soaps, soft TP, etc. made our stay even better.

Comfortable and Great location for any time of year

My friends and I were visiting Warren for a extended weekend in February! Linda was a more than gracious host, who communicated before and after our stay with all the details we needed for our ski weekend. The entire condo was clean and comfortable throughout. A close 5 minute drive to Sugarbush was also a great benefit for us the Saturday we went skiing. Since we couldn't control the mild winter weather, this was a great place to relax with some old hometown friends for our off mountain time, as well as explore Warren. Would love to return again for any season!

Cozy roomie Ski condo

The condo was as shown in picture and very roomie for our family of five. We stayed 6 days over New Years. Easy access to both Lincoln Peak and Mt Ellen. Very quiet complex with friendly neighbors. Condo had all amenities, was a classic tight space condo kitchen. The tall ceiling living and first floor access out back was great! Linda was an excellent host.

Wonderful ski vacation

This condo was perfect for our family of 6. Linda was a great host, very thorough with the details for our stay and quick to respond by email and text when we had questions. The unit is very clean and well appointed.

Nice condo, relaxing, quick to the trails.

Perfect

The unit was as described it had everything we needed. There was plenty of space for the six of us to eat and relax. The owner was especially wonderful to work with. Would definitely recommend!!

Wonderful place to stay with a very helpful owner!

We had a great time staying in this condo! Linda was super responsive and really helpful - with directions and details about the property. It was a quick drive to Sugarbush mountain and very close to the local ski shop if you need rentals. The condo had everything you need in the kitchen, wifi, a great TV, fireplace and plenty of space for six. We would definitely stay there again!

Awesome Christmas Retreat!

We are currently enjoying our skiing vacation in this lovely home. It is perfect for our family of 4 plus a friend. We have enjoyed the living area in the evenings around the fireplace. The bedrooms are all heated seperately and very cozy. The kitchen has yet to disappoint. I look in the drawers and find what I need every time. The washer and dryer have allowed for packing lighter. We will be booking this home again in the future. It is centrally located close between both Warren and Waitsfield. Both Sugarbush and Mad River Glen are within an easy drive. I cannot wait to come back in the summer and enjoy the pool. Thank you Linda for the opportunity to share your home in Vermont.

Our expectations were met!!

Our family spent the weekend at the condo while attending our Norwich Alumni weekend festivities. The condo was wonderfully stocked with all necessary items. It was neat, clean, and provided a very homey atmosphere. We would definitely stay again or recommend to others.

A great escape from the heat

My husband and I spent August 9th- September 9th in this nice property. Very nice well landscaped townhouse community- pool well kept up and inviting when the weather was warm. The owner is very responsive to any requests. The unit is small when you walk in but rapidly grows on you. The kitchen is very well equipped- i did lots of baking while I was there. We used the king bed and it was very comfortable as was the attached bathroom. We had visitors who used the other two rooms and they said the beds were comfortable as well. Lots of storage space for skis and a really cool boot warmer. Two things I wished for were a larger toaster and a larger tv in the living room but both things are workable. Loved to watch the Canadian tv and for some reason we had NFL package that my husband liked. Good wireless internet that never went down. Few hot days that we spent in the air conditioned car as the living room heats up from the skylights. There is tons to do in the Mad River Valley- we picked organic berries and made really good pies several times- went to Cabot- the quarry the cider mill and discovered the joys of cob smoked bacon at Harrington's. The Saturday farmers market is not to be missed. We were there during an arts festival and had a great time at several plays. Joined the Warren library and enjoyed their small but very thoughtful book selection. Don't miss blueberry lake. If you are a bike rider this is the place for you. The local market is quite a find- Mehuron's has lots of nice products that I had never seen before including chopped clams that I used to make my own clam chowder. The only sad thing is how much weight I gained in a month. We came home with 6 pounds of Cabot cheese, a gallon of maple syrup, 6 pounds of cob smoked bacon, 10 pounds of Green Mountain coffee and 25 pounds of KIng Arthur flour. (guess the weight gain continues). The only restaurant we tried was in Waterbury and it was okay but not great- Arvad's. We will miss the farm fresh eggs we got from a honor system down the street from the organic berry farm. We liked the place so much we want to come back next year.
