Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Relax by the pool and soak up the sun! This home has everything to offer. Two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and an open living room/ kitchen space. Just a short 4 min drive to El Paseo for shopping and dining!
The space
This perfect 2 bed/2 bath with private pool and all the updates are sure to impress. New flooring, new kitchen and bathrooms and all sorts of style will help welcome guests into your perfectly appointed Palm Desert retreat. Soak up the sun in the stylish backyard with large pool and fantastic views. Located just minutes from El Paseo and all the best shopping and restaurants in town.
We charge $50 a day for pool heating. Please let us know in advance if you would like the pool heated.

Fabulous mid-century modern in a great location

This is such a fabulous property! it is in a very central location (short drive to El Paseo), very nicely renovated in mid-century style, fabulous large back yard with pool. We had a wonderful time! It is very quiet. Very well stocked with all kitchen essentials, bathroom essentials, etc. Great place and great host!

Excellent Location!

Great location, close to everything we wanted/needed. Very cute mid-century modern, will stay again when the weather permits use of the pool. Nice big outdoor area!

Convenient for Indian Wells Tennis

Easy location to get to BNP Paribas Tennis Tournament at Indian Wells. Comfortable, well stocked kitchen.

Great find in an oasis

I couldn’t have been more impressed by this property. It was in a great neighborhood, easy to find and very central. It looked to be recently renovated and decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need to prepare a meal. There was a gas grill outside. You could use near the pool. The pool was fabulous, she provided beach towels, a raft to float around. The beds were super comfortable and both bathrooms were spotless. She also provided the body wash, shampoo and conditioner. There’s absolutely nothing I would criticize about this place. Highly recommend. I hope it’s available the next time we come to Palm Desert

Beautiful!

Such a beautiful house! Lauren was great at answering our questions and was very helpful! The outdoor space was a real highlight and the pool was great. It's not heated so a bit chilly getting in but that's not so bad when it's 100 degrees out! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to relax.

Cute house but pool needs help

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is cute. Small and tastefully decorated. However, the pool was dirty and beginning to grow algae and was usable for us. Contacted the host and she sent someone over the next day, but there was a film of algae on the bottom. Should be easily remedied for future guests.

House was filthy and low quality furniture

Bed broke before I even slept on it on day one. Dresser door was difficult to open. The sliding mirrored doors are hard to move. Had to wash towels before use. Had two giant cockroaches on separate days. Oven had to be cleaned before use. Kitchen counter was filthy. Pool was very dirty. Of course pool guy comes the day we leave.
