Detailed with a custom drum chandelier and contemporary furnishings, the stylish living area features a smart TV for movie nights with the group.
A second living area provides a working recording studio with two twin futons, guitars, and banjos.
The converted garage has been transformed into a phenomenal game room. This entertainment space features foosball, ping-pong, poker, and a high-top dining table, as well as a big TV and a dry bar with a beverage fridge.
KITCHEN & DINING
Gourmands will appreciate the sleek kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a big center island with seating for five.

This townhome sleeps 12 guests in four bedrooms, each of which has a TV.
The primary bedroom boasts a king bed, two twin trundle beds, and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, walk-in shower, and water closet.
The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
The third bedroom is fitted with two twin beds that have twin trundle beds underneath. The en-suite bathroom, with a walk-in shower, is also accessible via the kitchen.
The lower-level fourth bedroom has a twin daybed with a twin trundle underneath. An adjacent bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
