To explore beyond the neighborhood, a car, golf cart, or bicycle is recommended. Golf carts are the preferred mode of transportation within the community, followed by bicycles.
Parking Information:
Street parking is not permitted. The driveway accommodates 3 to 4 vehicles, depending on size, thanks to recent parking extensions. Trailer parking is not allowed due to space constraints. Overflow parking is conveniently located near the community pool.

You will find this brand new property with all new furnishings, to be comfortable and welcoming to your family. It is centrally located and a relatively quiet area of FL where you can enjoy all things Florida without all the hustle bustle of a Destin or Panama City.

Large Community pool, coming in Spring 2023, direct access to the Gulf/beach. Nearby shopping and food choices. Great fishing and boating. Private 2+ mi paved path for jogging, dog walks, golf cart touring, etc. Walking trails, wild life everywhere. Simply a spectacular location - both beautiful and interesting. Amazing views of the beach/Gulf/Bay/sunsets.
