Glad u loved the location and found the beds to be comfortable. Wish you included some details as to why you chose to give this a 6/10 rating. Yes it is not brand new like some of our other properties, but it is priced more affordably to compensate for that. Only one issue was brought to my attention during your stay. The remote control for the TV, all buttons worked but the select button did not. I immediately placed a 1 hour rush delivery order with wal mart delivery and had u a new remote that didn't require programming and fresh batteries. You messaged back that it worked and were thankful. Zero mention of anything tired and worn other than that. Please contact me for further details. Strange u put a 6 and said beach access and view great and no complaints. Most guests give a 10! I know the app on mobile can be tricky and defaults to less stars and u have to hit the highest star a lot of times to make it take. Probably was that. Thanks!
