The house is old but with good maintenance, offers good value for the money paid. One of the bathrooms downstairs is a bit awkward, but overall we had an excellent stay; we recommend it to anyone looking for a simple, reasonably priced place near to the beach. We had a good experience.

Access to the beach was awesome. AC kept up great with the hot temps. Beds were comfortable. Home is a bit outdated and needs repairs. Electrical work is needed indoors and outdoors.

We had an amazing experience on our three night stay! The view of the beach is unobstructed with easy access to the beach. The accommodations met all of our needs from the fully equiped kitchen, to great air conditioning, good beds, hot showers, and fun times had on the deck, around the dinner table, and at the beach with our family!

The property is somewhat quirky but the description is pretty accurate. This is a far from fancy property but very clean and comfortable and very close to the beach. You can see the ocean from the balcony. It was well stocked with games, movies, books, and streaming subscriptions for rest time. The kitchen had everything we needed. Communication with the host was excellent. Just be sure and ask all your questions when booking. There were a couple of safety issues for our toddler and some updates would totally make this an Excellent rating.

The inside of the house was exactly as shown in the pictures and was nice. The Air Conditioner did not want to keep up with the gulf coast heat. The mosquitos outside were the worst i have ever seen. Even with bug spray they would attack you as soon as you walked outside.

The beach really was 120 steps away!!! Games books and movies for all ages. Tvs all over. Bathrooms were great! Beds were great. The comforter was too big to put in a pillowcase, I hope she understands The home is beautiful and decorated beautifully. We had everything we could want. We brought our own food in. The rules are easy to understand and follow. I hope we go again. LOVED IT!!!!

We enjoyed the stay at Kismet. The beach house was close to the beach. That made it easy to go to and return home with ease. The house itself was nice and as pictured. There was a good view of the ocean from the deck. The beds were comfortable. At the end of our stay, we were pleased to have chosen this property! Thank you Kismet.

Family getaway

Great location, walking distance to beach. We really loved packing up our car and driving the beaches! Still quite a bit of clean up being done due to recent storms but that didn’t keep us from enjoying ourselves!

We had a fantastic stay and an amazing host. Kim was quick with responses and shared some local happenings in the area. Great views of the beach from the porch, nice way to relax in the evening.
