Step outside to a private retreat with an in-ground pool, putt-putt, fire pit, and cabana featuring a smart TV, half bath, and dining space. Nestled in a vibrant neighborhood, you’re just a stroll away from local coffee shops, dining, bars, and CrossFit. Experience the perfect blend of relaxation and walkable city life at this peaceful getaway.
The Space
Completely renovated 1938 bungalow with plentiful space both inside and out. The home features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, living room, dining room, and a private sunroom.
All guest rooms are equipped with memory foam mattresses and smart TV's for our guest's comfort.
Bedrooms and Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom 1: Two Double Beds (Sleeps 4)
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed (Sleeps 2)
Bedroom 3: Queen Bed (Sleeps 2)
Closet storage: (2) twin size roll-away beds with 4" thick mattress. Folds easily to save space and set on casters for easy mobility.
Walkable neighborhood to coffee shops and dining. Also a quick walk to Segra Park to catch a Fireflies game or BullStreet District for Starbucks, bars, restaurants, and more!

For liability purposes, this home requires an accurate headcount. We require only allow the allotted number of guests confirmed in the reservation on the property at any time during the stay. Guest fees apply to reservations over 8.
