This adorable 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom vacation rental is located beachfront on Seabrook Island with a private furnished deck overlooking the water and amenity cards for the exclusive recreational facilities at Seabrook Island Club.

Enjoy warm, coastal earth tones and high end furnishings in this well-appointed Seabrook Island villa. The living and dining area offer hardwood flooring, ceiling fan and an HD Smart TV with streaming apps and live streaming service for entertainment. The living room sofa pulls out into a sleeper for additional guests. Quality wood furnishings throughout including the dining table which seats 4. The kitchen is nicely renovated and thoughtfully outfitted with granite counter tops, custom cabinets, stainless appliances and plenty of cookware and utensils for those staying a week or several months! A laundry center is off kitchen for your convenience.

The guest bedroom is a delightful suite, with a comfortable king bed, quality furnishings, hardwood flooring, flat screen Roku TV and renovated private bath. The sleeper sofa in the living area accommodates two extra guests with a 2nd newly renovated and adorable bath in the hallway.

Pelican Watch Villas boast a beachfront location where the Atlantic Ocean meets the Edisto River inlet, only a short distance from the Seabrook Island Club. Wherever you stay on the island you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests and rolling fairways. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddle boarding the waterways and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village.

Great stay on a relaxing island.

Overall, a great property and a great trip!! Bike rides and beach were the best!! Loved being right by the water, seeing dolphins, and watching spectacular sunsets right from our patio. But be aware-- if you need more than the king size bed, bring your own air mattress. The pull-out sofa bed is unusable, it's so uncomfortable. Couldn't even sleep on the couch when it was put together, it was slanted. Also, this unit is in the last building and there is a kids' camp next door. Half of our trip we listened to kids all day long and late into the night. We could hear, while sitting on the couch, loudspeakers, and cheering, and camp songs. They were on the beach in the day. Great program for them, but not relaxing for us. However, second half of our stay the camp closed and we loved how silent it was, no neighbors, beach was empty. Also be aware this is not ocean front, it is river front. There is still a tide and waves and we loved it, but the waves were small and there was land across from us. Not a bad thing, I just want to you know what you are getting before you book.
