This cozy first-floor Pelican Watch Villa offers amazing oceanfront views and is just steps away from Seabrook Island's pristine beach and the exclusive Beach Club. Located towards the end of the villas, this area is much more secluded and quiet, providing the perfect spot for a peaceful getaway. With a private deck perfect for relaxing, you'll have the opportunity to watch the beautiful Carolina sunrise and sunset!

Inside, the villa features a master bedroom with a King-size bed, ceiling fan, and an en-suite bathroom. A second bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway, and the living room offers a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests. The fully equipped kitchen provides all the essentials for preparing meals while enjoying the ocean breeze. Small dogs are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee.

For guests looking to take advantage of the island amenities, guests have complimentary access outdoor pool at the Lake House wellness center as well as acces to the oceanfront pools at the Beach Club for a small fee. And don't forget about other activities like golf, tennis, crabbing & kayaking, horseback riding. You can also rent bikes to explore miles of scenic trails, hop on a boat cruise at the nearby Bohicket marina, go boutique shopping at Freshfields Village, dine on some lowcountry fare and seafood at a number of island restaurants, or just spend a day in the sun on the beautiful island beaches. There's a little bit for everyone on Seabrook!

Seabrook Business License #: 2024-1533

The Lake House at Seabrook gives access to an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and playground complimentary to all Seabrook guests. There is also an indoor heated pool, fitness center, fitness classes, and library (additional fees will apply to the activities you choose). The indoor pool and fitness center are an additional fee of $15/per person/per day.

The Club at Seabrook allows guests to access the two championship golf courses, Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, ocean front pools, and all dining options. Each property is individually owned and has different membership levels. This property has access for an additional fee of $50/per day per family, or $300/week. All other activities are an additional cost. ACCESS NOTE: These club access fees apply to 2025. If you are booking early, please note that club access options could change in 2026.

To access the club amenities, you must pick up or preorder your amenity card from the Seabrook amenity office. The card is a $15 refundable fee, and once the card is returned at the end of your stay, the fee is refunded. You can charge back to the amenity card, and it allows access to all of the Seabrook amenities.

Seabrook Island Vehicle Fee Required: Beginning January 1, 2023, Seabrook Island will be requiring all rental guests to pay a $40 vehicle fee (one-time, per car) in order to receive a gate pass and be allowed to enter the Resort community. The vehicle entry fee, calculated as the maximum number of vehicles allowed at the home, will now be included as a line item expense in your rental total. Number of vehicle passes needed may be discussed and confirmed with our Sweetgrass team members after booking.

*The Pelican Watch regime has planned stairwell archway work in late 2026 and 2026. This is only exterior regime repairs and will not affect property interiors for rentals. Impacted exterior locations will vary based upon work schedule and stairwell access may be restricted during some business hours. To find out if any work may potentially be planned around the time of your vacation, please email our team.*
