This popular first floor, end unit boasts lots of natural light, tranquil water views from a private covered deck and is only a short walk from your villa straight to the beach. The bench seat in the living room is a great spot to cozy up with a book, take an afternoon nap or stream your favorite movies on the Smart TV with great WiFi, digital Comcast cable and a DVD player. The sofa is a sleeper to accommodate two extra guests. The kitchen is well-equipped and fully stocked for in house dining with a washer/dryer off the kitchen in the pantry for your convenience.
The master bedroom has extra windows with lots of natural light and features a king bed, TV and private bathroom with a tub/shower. There is a second full bath in the hallway with a stall shower.
This Pelican Watch villa offers awesome views from your covered deck with great ocean breezes and peaceful alfresco dining at the outdoor table with 4 chairs.
