Casa Avita - Luxury 4BD/5.5 BA - Oceanview Home Inside the Gates of Punta Mita

With a keen eye for design, Casa Avita is a sun drenched, well appointed home situated just beyond the main gate of the luxury Punta Mita resort boasts 4 bedrooms, 5.5 baths with expansive ocean views from every room. The home sleeps 8-10 people comfortably with access to all the endless amenities within the resort. With one of the only hot tubs in the development, Casa Avita offers unique unobstructed views to the wild below. The home is located adjacent to Kapuri and El Surf Beach Clubs, each with great restaurants, bars, long stretches of white sand, and aquamarine waters. We also have a private gym and beach and unserviced private beach cabana for Iyari guests to use. The rental includes Premier membership access, a 6-seater golf cart, daily cleaning service, and chef services for brunch (excluded when rates are discounted/guest pays for food for meals). We also have concierge services available to arrange transportation to/from airport, activities, or endless excursions or activities to plan a memorable vacation for years to come. Awesome Ownership and Management

We could not have been happier with our stay. The owners were incredible to deal with and everyone including the concierge, housekeeper, and chefs made our family stay quite special. Look forward to coming back very soon.

Thanksgiving week in PM

Casa Avita is a lovely new and well kept home in the new Iyari neighborhood. All the bedrooms have views of the water and the home is closest to Kapuri Beach club, although all the beach clubs are easily accessible with the included golf cart. Eli, the concierge, was very helpful, met us at check in, and had the second golf cart we had requested on site. He was quickly responsive to questions we had during our stay as well. PM is very busy during Thanksgiving week- we were grateful to have asked Eli to make dinner reservations for us for each night we were there. Overall a lovely stay and we would return.

Great Quick Last Minute Trip

The Owners were great and worked in a quick manner to make sure that we could make our last minute 4 day trip possible. Everything is as the owner states in the description of the property. The views from the covered patio were amazing and we were fortunate enough to see whales as they passed by on multiple mornings and afternoons of our stay. The location made it a quick trip out to the Surf Club for the boys every morning, and the relaxing hot tub was what they needed when they got back to the house. The house manager, Edgar, was amazing and even when we had a few hiccups he was quick to. respond and take care of the issues. He handled all of our transportation and made a few dinner reservations for us. We were fortunate to have Pamela cook for us every morning and she is great, she tailored the menu to what the boys wanted after the first morning and let's just say they did not complain. Having all 4 rooms with their own bathrooms made it easy for everyone to get ready for dinner. The rooms are very big with ample closet and storage space. With each having its own HVAC and Ceiling Fan. Every room in the house has a view of the Water. My favorite spot in. the house was a quiet little outdoor area on the second floor, the hammock and couch made it my little get away in the morning to have a cup of coffee and read. The only thing I wish is that we were able to stay longer.

For many years, we searched for a place to call home in Mexico and finally decided on Punta Mita for the shear ease of it and all that the resort offers - from the many activities and fitness opportunities available, amazing restaurants, surfing, and overall proximity from our home base in California. We're excited to host you and we're sure you'll fall in love with Punta Mita too!
