Lake View, Hillside Lakehouse. Fullt möblerad fritidshus 8-10 bäddar, ingår sängkläder, bestick, tallrikar, köksredskap. Tre sovrum, ett badrum, mysig stuga, stort äta i köket och vardagsrummet. Beläget på vackra Hamilton sjön Reservoir. Minuter till lokala sjösättning tillgång. Kort promenad ner till semi trädbevuxen väg till en privat strand och brygga. Njut av bad, fiske, båtliv, paddling, vattenskoter och mycket mer. På plats trampbåtar för din njutning. Du har plats på hyresfastigheter 2-3 bilar samt ytterligare parkering för varje båt eller jetski trailors. Det är en lugn avkopplande område för familjer och andra grupper på upp till åtta. Det finns några underbara lokala restauranger, antikaffärer, pubar, bryggerier, fruktträdgårdar och golfbanor samt andra attraktioner såsom Historic Sturbridge Village och Brimfield antikmässan. Njut av underbar natur, vandringsleder på Brimfield State Forest mindre än tio miles away liksom den Nipmuck State Forest.

Huset är byggt i en sluttning och har tre våningar med utgångar på markplan på både första och andra våningen. Den lägre nivån är ett stort allrum med öppen spis, TV, video och DVD, Wifi. Den andra nivån innehåller två sovrum, kök, badrum och utgångar till ett däck. Den övre nivån är ett sovrum med två enkelsängar och två queen-size säng. . Barnen kommer att njuta av dykning och hoppa i sjön från bryggan eller vada i från strandområdet på en enkel lutning samt användning av en paddel båt. Sjön är en full fritids sjön så ta vatten leksaker.

Cozy lake get away

Had a fantastic time on the lake. Quiet neighborhood, although houses are close together. Everything you need was in the house. Nice big grill. Plenty of supplies to cook with although lots of options in Sturbridge as well. Everyone had a great time fishing and kayaking all week. Even enjoyed watching all the birds at the bird feeder and even a fox from time to time. Great place to hang hammocks up too!

Fantastic lake side property!

Clean and well equipped house with access to the lake. We enjoyed swimming in the lake, after a hot day at Brimfield flea market.

Lots of fish in the lake

We spent amazing weekend at the hill house. It was our second stay at this house and we will definitely be back. We love the lake there is many fish you can’t be bored.

It’s pink!

Very cute little property. Was nice having the upstairs as a kids’ room, when they went to bed the adults hung out on the lowest level. The view of the lake was lovely, wish we could’ve gone on the dock but wasn’t open for the season yet. Ample towels, dishes, utensils etc. My hope is that you keep it pink, it looks so fabulous and unique!

Peaceful, relaxing

Property was as stated. Plenty of room in the home and outside. Lake area was beautiful and peaceful and a real treat in the fall. Home was fully stocked with anything you would need. No complaints at all. Summer would be amazing with the short walk down the hill to the lake. Would stay again.

nice stay in a nice place

It was great and worked out nicely. Unfortunately the first night we were there, a branch broke off a dead dead tree directly above the parking area near the house, and smashed the front windshield + small dent in one of our cars. Your property manager has been very helpful in trying to resolve the issue, sending us insurance claim info. We appreciate the responsiveness. Hopefully this will get resolved. Overall the stay was great.

Cute house in great location!

We loved our time at the cabin! It was a great location to get to many of the things we wanted to do! The lake was gorgeous and the house was well stocked & spacious We would definitely stay again!

Lake house

The property was clean and amenities as described on website. It’s not directly on lake rather on hill with a very short walk downhill to lake. We enjoyed brimfield antique show which was a short 13 min drive. We enjoyed relaxing!

Perfect for a weekend stay

My friends and I were in town for an archery tournament. The sleeping arrangements worked out perfectly. We enjoyed the fire pit after long days at the tournament. Thanks for the great stay!

Family friendly for kids and dog!

The weekend at the lake was so much fun! The kids enjoyed kayaking, fishing and swimming. There was a small store 2 mins from the house if you forgot anything. Shaw's market not too far for grocery shopping. The house had plenty of pots, pans, grilling utensils etc... Plenty of room for the kids to hang out downstairs and play cards or watch a movie. We spent one morning at the Westville Recreation Area about 20 mins from the house. We walked the trail and the kids played baseball. We would definitely visit again!

Great little house

House was clean and tidy. Owner responded to questions in less than 5 minutes and was very reasonable with everything. The lake was beautiful, but too cold in April to do much more than put our feet in the water. Fine with us as we spent most of our time talking and catching up with each other. Outdoor seating was very nice.

Very Nice Stay

My family of 7 spent Thanksgiving in this cozy house. It was clean, well equipped, and the bedrooms were larger than the pictures portray. We enjoyed the fireplace in the evenings. Elaine was easy to work with (and the neighbors were nice too). We, of course, did not spend time outside or on the water but It looks inviting.

Clean, but not as nice as HomeAway made it sound

The house was clean and dry with relatively comfortable beds. But, it was written up as "lake view"and situated "on" Hamilton Lake Reservoir. You might get a glimpse of the lake out the front window of the family room looking over the roof of the neighbors house, but it is certainly not a "view" not is it "on the lake". The site write up said the kitchen had all cooking utensils. We could not find a simple mixing bowl or wooden spoon anywhere. The house is furnished and supplied with thrift store items that have seen better days. The "fire pit" was a rusted metal bowl sitting on the pea stone extension of the driveway. The "on-site paddle boat" was unusable due to broken steering. Overall, we were glad to be in the beautiful Holland, MA area, but we were disappointed with the accommodations.

Great stay

We travel for business and stayed here for a couple of weeks. We had everything we needed and more. From small kitchen appliances to utensils, towels to cleaning supplies. Everything worked as anticipated. Wish we had more time to enjoy the lake, etc. The contact for our stay lives on-site and was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.
