Den helt nya spanska villa helt dekorerad med en trevlig pool. Allt som importeras från Mexiko. Saltillo Kakel, modern retro badrum och öppen planlösning. Varje rum har en master svit med king size säng. Huset ritades med en öppen planlösning i åtanke. Rätt när du kliver in genom dörren och se poolen, känner du den tropiska känslan. Pigor kommer dagligen att diska, rengöra badrum, rengöra golv och göra sängar. Det finns gratis WiFi och en dator med höghastighetsinternet. Stora rum, massor av utrymme, är strand i närheten, stor pool och bakgård i mycket lugnt område som kallas RUBY. Allt är nytt och slutförandet beror för november 19. Den spanska arkitektur genom hela huset kommer att göra dig känna sig som din i Mexiko, men en extra touch av Karibien sätter dig over the top. Mycket nära är Malmok strand och Arashi stranden. Din 1 minut från Golf på Tierra Del Sol. 3 minuters bilresa till Palm Beach och Ritz Carlton. Utnyttja prissättningen, kommer det inte att räcka. Våra pigor och fastighetschef är där för att hjälpa din vistelse vara trevlig och bekväm. Varje handduk har en logotyp i den spanska conquistadoren, vita handdukar gjorda av egyptisk bomull handdukar. Poolen byggdes i åtanke dig turisten. Grunt chill pool med en baby entré till poolen. Perfect family rental

Loved the spaciousness of this house. A great find offering 4 king bedrooms with en suites and a pool! Absolutely perfect for our family. Only wish there was a working grill as we are big grillers. Would check back for availability should we return again.

Pictures do it no justice

This house was better than expected. Great quality in the furnishings.It would be nice if there was a code to get in versus having to arrange to meet the housekeeper. Jenny was super pleasant but we were worried we may miss her if the flight was delayed or anything All in all a fantastic stay!Thank you!

Lovely rental house

This is the second time we stayed at Ruby 40 and again we were not disappointed!! This is a lovely home in the middle of a wonderful neighborhood!!! It’s quiet and not in the middle of all the hotels! Easy drive to beaches and to restaurants and grocery stores! Jenny is wonderful to work with and is available to answer questions and comes anytime you need her at the house!

Awesome vacation rental!

Great time at a totally cool well stocked property. Jenny was excellent and the owner Kane was very supportive and understanding when our flight home was delayed by two days! Great place to stay and would easily visit again.

Ruby 40 is a gem!

Out stay at Ruby 40 was excellent. It was difficult to find since there are very few street signs but we finally made it! Jenny met us there and gave us a great tour of the house. Lovely house on Aruba

With four large bedrooms it made it super easy for our family with grown children and significant others to all feel like there was plenty of room. The house is kept up well and lots of small amenities really make a difference! I would book it again.

Relaxation.

The stay was overall great. The Housekeeper Jennie was really nice. The owner Kane was great too. Very accommodating. The property is listed as new and I’d recommend the description to be modified to reflect actuality. The beds were comfortable, rooms and bathrooms were clean. The pool was clean and refreshing and location of the neighborhood is exactly where we wanted to be. We will definitely recommend this property.

We had a wonderful time!

We were 4 couples and this house was perfect! Jenny is a great hostess. I enjoyed meeting her! The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. The house suited our needs wonderfully from having 4 king size bed rooms with their own attached bath to the back lanai with a well tended pool and the well stocked kitchen was perfect for us. The neighborhood was quiet and we were close to our choice of beaches and restaurants. This rental was a huge part of how much we enjoyed spending time with friends in Aruba.

Aruba Birthday

Clearly a 5 Star property! I would definitely rent this property again! Celebrated my birthday with two other couples and were very pleased with the property and management. Jenny was very helpful and Kane was a very easy to work with. The property is as advertised and more. The location was excellent and convenient to everything, but away from the normal tourist crowd. Safe community with an alarm system. The beach chairs in the garage were a good surprised and used daily.

Magnificent Home in Aruba

The house is just amazing! So much room for any size family. My wife and I had the best time of our lives in Aruba. So many things to do and keep you busy throughout your stay. Kane and the housekeeper, Jennie were wonderful to work with. The house was very clean and the pool was so relaxing. The location is about 2 mins from the beaches and casinos. Local grocery store is about 1 minute drive down the road. You cant go wrong with this gorgeous and spacious home that is practically brand new. We will be back!

Great house in Aruba

The house is comfortable and roomy. The 4 master bedrooms were amazing and gave us the privacy we were looking for. The kitchen was well equipped and the location was convenient and quiet. Jenny made the check in process easy and explained everything. She came twice during our stay to clean the house and answer any additional questions. She was wonderful!!! Kane communicated with us well and took great care of us. We asked for some additional items and he didn’t hesitate to help us. The utility bill was much less than we expected. We would definitely be interested in staying in the house next time we stay in a house in Aruba.

Satisfied Island visitors

From the moment that we booked this vacation we could not have had a better experience. The owner was available for anything and any questions that the seven of us asked either through text or phone calls. The house was just as described in the listing maybe even better. And we can’t say enough good things about the very nice lady (Jenny)that comes to check you in and clean for you. She gave us the option to have her come in every day or every few days. And we knew that she came to clean when we returned from the multitude of things that are available for you to do while visiting this beautiful island by how clean and straightened up the house was. We asked the owner for a late check out as most flights out are in the afternoon and without question he accommodated our request. I would HIGHLY recommend this house for your visit you won’t be disappointed in the slightest.

Great vacation in a lovely home

6 of us enjoyed this lovely home for 1 week. The layout is great with two master suites on each side of the house. The kitchen is fantastic with all the cookware and appliances you would possibly need. There is also a bunch of seasonings, oils and foils in the cabinet. There are plenty of beach and bath towels. Jenny is the local rep and housekeeper, she is sweet and super helpful. She left a local cell phone for us to use. From the pics I thought the pool would be small, but its nice and 5' deep. There are 6 folding chairs near the pool that we used/took to the beach instead of renting chairs at the beach. The house looks like the pics. If Kadjar will have us again, we would love to rent again. Great vacation in a lovely home.

We enjoyed the house and especially the 4 master bedrooms, We had 4 couples and this was the perfect setup. We also enjoyed the pool and the outdoor dining area. Jenny does a great job of keeping the property clean and maintained. We will definitely book again for our group!

Awesome house!

We will definitely return; The house was stocked with towels and beach chairs; wifi always worked. The layout of the house was great for us as we were two couples and used opposite sides of the house. The house was very spacious. We had a couple of meals there and hired a private chef one night who brought everything including dishes. In the a.m. we would walk to the beach and back 20 min each way.
