Great Condo, Phenomenal Views and Perfect Location

Stayed at the condo with our son and his friend for spring break. The unit was the right size for four people, was clean and well appointed. Location was across from the beach and close to many desirable restaurants.

Fantastic property and location.

The property was perfect. It’s a great historic building and the location could not have been better. We were close to great restaurants and the ocean. Giulio was very responsive and easy to deal with when we had some issues with our payment option. My wife’s family really enjoyed their visit from Kyrgyzstan. I highly recommend this property and owner. Thank you so much for a memorable visit!

Perfect weekend

Best Miami stay. Beautiful window views of the beach, clean and well maintained property. Perfect and quiet end of Ocean Dr. & away from the more lively end if Ocean Dr. Plenty of bike rentals, restaurants & shops. The owner and property manager are wonderful & communicate all the way. They even surprised us with a birthday gift. I can’t wait to come back!

Nice and clean apartment with a great ocean view Conveniently located by the beach, 10 minutes away from the convention center around the corner from TAQUIZA, one of my favorite tacos places ever Giulio and his team were easy to communicate with and I’d definitely rent that property again ! South Beach Gem

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. The location was PERFECT - the condo was beautifully decorated and immaculate and had all of the amenities that we needed. Giulio checked in on us regularly and Georgina was very helpful our entire stay - so flexible and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again when we visit SoBe. Thank you for making our vacation such a pleasure - we felt like we were in paradise for an entire week.

Absolutely perfect

We traveled to Miami Beach for some work and shopping. The location of the condo is excellent. There are restaurants, shopping, the beach and grocery within 5 minutes walking distance. The unit was clean and comfortable and had amazing views of the ocean. Georgina was so helpful and sweet. We will always stay here when we visit. Thank you so much!

Perfect Birthday Weekend

When you book a vacation spot you're always a little worried that it won't live up to the photos, but this apartment did not disappoint. Despite a minor incident in the unit next door, Georgina made sure the accommodations were clean and ready by checkin. Giulio was very nice and I appreciated him letting me know what happened and reassuring me that his unit was free and clear. I loved that the location was right on Ocean Bld in the heart of all the action and walking distance to everything. I also loved all the amenities in the apartment. I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Miami. Thanks for everything Giulio and Georgina.

Great location in South Beach

We stayed at this property for a girls weekend and were not disappointed! The location was perfect , the property was great and the owner was a pleasure to deal with. Having super easy access to the beach and the path running all along it was awesome! What a great way to start the day with a walk along the path! Highly recommend this property!!!

Beach Bliss

Giulio was easy to work with as was his wonderful housekeeper Georgina. The property was beautiful, comfortable, clean, and we could not have asked for a better location! We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone wanting the perfect place in Miami Beach to call home, whether for a few days or a few weeks!

Girl’s Trip

My girlfriend’s and I visited Miami for a long weekend. The property was clean, spacious, in a perfect location and had all the amenities we needed. We had great views, a two minute walk to the beach and access to many, many great restaurants. The owner was proactive with communications, and Georgina, who met us at check-in, was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again. It was perfect.

Netherland July 2019

The property was clean and well located on the South Beach strip. I thought the property actually was slightly larger than the pictures indicated. The building and the residents, at the time we stayed, were quiet. The restaurant downstairs did have some music but we found it to be minor not a significant annoyance. We had a vehicle and parked in the gated lot - it worked very well. I would definitely recommend this property if you are interested in the South Beach / Miami beach neighborhood.

Beautiful oceanfront escape

My husband and I have traveled all over the world and have stayed at many beautiful properties. This property is definitely in our top 10 list. The owner, Giulio and his housekeeper, Georgina, are first class. The property is tastefully decorated giving it a warm and inviting feel. There is plenty of room to have individual space as well as a common area to gather for social time. The property is well maintained and extremely clean. Giulio went out of his way to ensure that we were pleased with our accommodations. As an extra level of hospitality, he even provided a nice chilled bottle of wine to celebrate our stay at South Beach. We would definitely stay here again in the future and highly recommend it for anyone else. Thank you Giulio!

4.5 STARS. EXCELLENT. Almost perfect.

Everything was great...the very roomy and elegant 2-level suite, cleanliness very good, communications with Giulio and Georgina, amazing location, secure parking, building security, full size washer/dryer, quiet bedrooms despite being right on Ocean Blvd (front rooms a little noisy in the evening/night but didn't bother us...family of 5 with 3 small children). We could have used soap, shampoo and paper towels and there was a funny odor in one of the bedrooms that we concluded was coming from one of the floor lamps. THANK YOU.
