Charming cottage
Such a great little cottage--well equipped and clean. Beautiful pine floors throughout with updated bath and kitchen. A few upgrades would make it so much better (a new bed needed in one of the bedrooms, thicker towels, several beach towels and maybe a slightly larger tv). Simple fixes would benefit a nice stylish place. I rented through VRBO and it ended up in Hometown's lap. Communication through VRBO asking owner questions went unanswered but subsequent messaging after check-in was prompt. Need to be clearer about self check-in. Had I not read the fine print, I'd never had known the code. And the code is on the doorknob which is confusing as I was expecting it to be a separate box with a key locked inside. Minor matters, but the place has potential that just isn't quite there. I would still rent again in an instant!!
