The neighborhood is quiet and has a safe feeling. Location is minutes away from restaurants and the boat show.

Gillade: Incheckning, plats och annonsens riktighet

Cute place!

Great place! So cute! The floors needed to be washed. They looked clean but when we got out of the shower our feet got dirty, like black. We loved the updated bathroom, all mirrors, and spacious kitchen. We bought a pillow from Target because there were not enough. The comfy couch needs a cover as it’s stained. I would have loved a throw blanket. Having tissues in a few rooms would be helpful. The ice maker didn’t work. The door isn’t aligned so it felt a little sketchy. We placed a high top chair in front of door and locked it at bedtime. A dresser would be helpful to put clothes in. The smart tv was great in the living room, but we couldn’t get the bedroom one to work. The outdoor lights were so pretty and handy!

Gillade: Renlighet, bekvämligheter och boendets skick och faciliteter

I'd like to give five stars. However, I can't. The Good: Quiet neighborhood that is close to Palm Beach island and downtown of West Palm Beach. Bungalow is very cute. I think it is perfectly sized for a couple. Nicely appointed. Free street parking out front. Well lit. Felt very safe and unit was secure. The Bad: The master bedroom bed was not good quality. Probably an Ikea mattress that was not on a box spring and just sat on a frame. I'd recommend the owners just get a new bed. No one will like the master bedroom bed. Very uncomfortable and an easy problem to fix. Also, cottage is behind "the main house", with a small courtyard that is in between. The weekend we were there, the owner (I guess it was the owner... he was doing work on the main house) played a loud boombox noon to 10 pm both weekend days. So, forget about taking a nap. Additionally, on the Saturday, he smoked a pork belly all day so our unit smelled like smoked meat (windows were close and wall AC units were on... smoke was coming into through the wall AC units.) Lastly, talking by the main unit people in the courtyard sounded like it was happening INSIDE our little bungalow. So, bottom line... TOO LOUD. Neighborhood was quiet... noise from front unit was not.

Nice stay

Lovely cottage for our visit to spring training. Clean, comfortable, all the amenities. Nice walkable neighborhood with easy drives to beach, baseball and other activities.
