GUEST ACCESS:
▶ This property is a Guest House located behind a larger home, the space inbetween is a shared outdoor space. Please inquire about the availability of the front home (4/2) if interested!

CLEANING
▶ Our professional cleaners make sure that all of our properties are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized up to CDC guidelines and are inspected prior to each stay to ensure safety.
▶ Dishwasher pods are provided.
▶ Washer and dryer Laundry Detergent Pods Provided.

TOWELS:
▶Make reasonable use of towels as we do not change towels daily. Keep them as clean as you would like to receive them. If the towels are stained, damaged or lost, you will be charged the cost of its replacement.

LOGISTICS
▶ Check-in: 4:00 PM
▶ Check-out: 11:00 AM
▶ Personalized self-check-in instructions will be provided at 6 am on the day of your arrival.

PARKING
▶ The driveway is reserved for our Main Home Guests. Ample and free street parking located directly in front of the home is available to you.

GARBAGE
▶ Residential Pickup Day: Monday & Thursday
Recycle Pickup Day: Monday
Bulk Pickup Day: Monday
Location: In front of the Main House property just before the sidewalk.

PETS
▶ Pets are permitted. Note, there is a $75- $200 pet sanitation fee per pet for the duration of your stay. This is subject to change and is based on the number of pets and length of stay. The payment request will be sent during arrival date.

CAMERAS
▶ CAMERAS: We do have external surveillance & noise monitors at the home for everyone's safety. Security cameras located around the outside of the home.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS
▶ Goodwick Hosting will not be responsible for any package delivery or personal belongings left at the property after checkout.

PARKING
▶Please prioritize parking in front of the house through curbside parking as the actual house driveway is reserved for the front main home guests.
