Christmas 2022 Family Vacation

The process of renting and checking in was flawless. The house was received as advertised. The beds were comfortable, the house was very clean, everything was in order. Other than some unexpected extreme winter weather the trip was very good.

Nice and cozy stay

Our stay was pleasant and comfortable. The home was clean and you walked into a very nicely fragranced space. The owner was responsive when I had questions. I would recommend fixing the lock on the storm door. It would not latch. Thanks for a nice stay.

Family move trip

My family enjoyed our stay here. The host was easy to communicate with and quickly responsive. Good internet and Nest thermostat. We were basically in the house to sleep and shower as we were helping a family member move so we didn’t get to use the tv’s or backyard but it was good to have them available.

Host is money hungry and creates damages.

Host has been harassing us about supposed damages to back yard furniture. All patio furniture was weathered and dry rotted. In addition, because it rained every day, we were only able to be outside for a total of two hours. He also wants us to pay for a key that doesn't exist. The instructions only gave a code for a key pad and no key was ever mentioned, not even in the house rules. We added additional days because of a death in our family. In total we stayed for 6 days. If we were destructive, surely there would have been issues inside the home. Unless you have extra money to throw away, avoid this host!

Guest Destroyed items at my home and refused to pay for the damages. In addition, guest tried to come and stay a day early because I sent the house codes the day before their stay. Suspicious guest.

Very comfortable

This home was located in a nice, safe neighborhood. It was clean and showed as seen in the pictures. The beds were comfortable. After a long day visiting with the large family, it was nice to go back to the, cozy house and relax. The home was close to Kroger’s and Walmart. I would recommend this home to others.
