Amenities of the home include a full kitchen, beautifully renovated bathrooms with walk-in showers, a gas fire-pit, charcoal grill, private hot-tub, a washer/dryer exclusively for guest use, and more!
Once inside, you're greeted with a recently remodeled full kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and island counter seating. The open floor plan living area features two large seating areas, one with a flat screen Roku TV, and the other a conversation-style arrangement with a coffee table, perfect for board games with the family! Also inside the home are three large bedrooms. The primary suite features a king bed and ensuite bath with a walk-in shower, while the secondary bedrooms include a king and queen bed and a spacious shared bath.
The outdoor area is an entertainer's dream, with a xeriscape seating area, private hot-tub, and charcoal grill! The large outdoor space with unbeatable amenities makes this home ideal for a family vacation or couples getaway. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood, still within convenient proximity to the ever-popular historic Downtown shopping area.
