This tranquil and styled home, holistically implemented, makes for a Luxurious getaway: The home goes beyond pure functionality. It is also about joy, uniqueness, quality, emotion, aesthetic, multidimensionality, thought. Everything emerges into a new experience.



Entrance:

A trickling fountain and Front Porch Seating welcome you to relax from your trip before settling in.

Enter:

Zen House - the interior become an elevated experience arena and reflects an art exhibition space. Custom art hugs the walls.

The floors are poured from white coated concrete with gold epoxy veins flowing throughout.

Custom designed and laid, this guaranteed, exquisite, one-of-a-kind flooring is designed around the philosophy of Kintsugi: The precious nature of the gold used to fuse pieces together signifies the strength, confidence and value we should put into repairing our own breaks and embrace ourselves combining strength and beauty.

A 2 story Living Room:

The white concrete with gold veins creates an ever-changing interplay of light and shadow as the sun shines in. Look down in the morning from the 2nd story catwalk, you will see the gold glow!

A sofa and upholstered chair are custom designed and invite relaxation and restoration, while the black marble clad gas fireplace anchors the space with a bit of drama.
White walls offer visual breadths.

A welcome treat awaits on the LR table along with a welcome guide to help you navigate through the amenities of the home.

TV Room:

A quaint relaxing retreat with tailored entertainment: a TV hosting streaming channels : Amazon Prime, Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, ESPN+

A modern reading light sends strong light to allow you to read with ease during the evening hours.

The Room also hosts games and Music books.

Dining Room:

This room was designed to be multifunctional - Eat, play games, read, gather, watch streaming on the TV - Intent on creating a meaningful gathering space and holiday entertaining.

The Dining room and Kitchen are the social hub of the home; resplendent in style, spirit and joie the vivre. Carefully crafted to elevate and celebrate every day. They share a common space with ample, uniform lighting.

The Dining Room hosts my child hood piano, tuned and ready to make music!

The Dining Room includes magazines that can inspire the reader to visit restaurants and destinations in San Diego, along with magazines around Design.

Last but not least, a TV hosting streaming channels: Amazon Prime, Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, ESPN+, hangs over the piano for your entertainment pleasure.

Kitchen:

An open concept boutique Kitchen with a mural of Mount Fuji.

The kitchen is fully stocked to provide an inspiring cooking experience.

Appliances include Full Oven, toaster oven, toaster, blenders, panini maker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge.

The fridge cools a carton of eggs and individual creamers to help you settle in for the evening.

The open shelving makes it easy to find dishes and glasses.

The base cabinets include Spices galore, a large variety of cooking essentials and gadgets.

The counter offers a coffee bar with a variety of accoutrement to enjoy. The coffee station is a dual function machine that provides for Keurig or ground coffee.

Next to the range area are oil and vinegar dispensers, a glass jar of purified water and fresh fruit in a hang basket.

The Kitchen and Dining lead to a sensory garden.

A Sensory Garden:

Ample seating awaits you; relax and listen to the trickling of the fountains, watching the butterflies and many birds explore the variety of plants, flowers and fruit trees. The scent of roses or Jasmine will occasionally pass you by.

Stay around for the mood lighting, ignite the firepit as darkness arrives. The quiet surroundings will make you feel energized in no time.

Amenities also include a cooking grill and hakki sack for the family to enjoy!

Powder Room:

There is a palpable handmade component to Zen House. The contributions of my personalized art and design along with the feel of craftmanship becomes part of the energy of the home.

A Custom Mural on the door and walls make you feel like you are overlooking a Mediterranean scene.

The Powder room hosts a pedestal sink and a WC.

Hand toilettes and scented luxury hand soap.

Stairs lead to 3 Bedrooms on the 2nd floor tied together by a catwalk, overlooking the 2 story Living Space.

Master Bedroom:

The MBR offers premium comfort with numerous options: relaxation, work and privacy.
The MBR hosts both the 2nd story Solarium and a SPA influenced, high style bathroom.

1 Queen Bed

This room is a symbiosis of elegance, practicality and performance.

Master Bathroom:

The injecting of top-of-the-line luxury into the interior detail, incorporating upscale amenities:

A long, floating modern 2 sink vanity.
Jacuzzi soaking tub and shower.
Limestone clad walls lead you to a Jacuzzi tub surrounded in copper tile.
The tile floor replicates New Zealand wood.
A separate room hosts a toilet
Quality amenities such as robes and slippers luxury body wash, shampoo and conditioner, hairdryer await.
A walk-in closet with ample clothes storage and clothes hanging. It is the location of the roll out bed and play pen/crib storage.

Solarium:

Feel outside while inside as you relax in the home's enclosed upper deck solarium with unobstructed 180 degree views of the Coronado bridge, downtown and the ocean. Don't hesitate to go there when it rains - it is liberating!

An office space allows for you to enjoy the scenery and creates a "feel good" atmosphere of comfort.

Secondary Bathroom:

The 2 secondary bedrooms on the other side of the catwalk share a rustic style bathroom.

The dark, azure grey walls help ease everyone's eyes into the evening hours and delineates the bathroom around the accent wall.

This room generates a sense of Cozy and Tranquil. The monochromatic color scheme and placement of the furniture give a larger scale to a small room and invites conversation.

2 car parking is available in the clutter free, enclosed garage which accommodates an EV charger.

A remote for the garage door is available and stationed on the living room table.

Parking is also available for 2 on the driveway.

The home is located 10-15 min away from Sesame Waterpark, The Amphitheatre, Eastlake, Coronado beach, Imperial beach along with all sorts of recreational activities like sky diving, hiking, horseback riding, Tennis, jogging, playgrounds just around the corner!

Convenience stores, supermarkets and Shopping Malls are just around the corner!

Superfast internet is available, and the house can quickly become the "home office" for business travelers.
