Spacious, Luxury Home on Sargent Beach

Welcome to Casa Lamar!!

Located on Sargent Beach, this luxurious new build is spacious and has all the amenities one could ask for!

The open concept kitchen/living/dining area has plenty of space to entertain your entire group. There's seating at the giant island and dining table for everyone! With 3 spacious bedrooms and 3.5 spacious bathrooms, there are beds for 16 guests.

The living room and each bedroom have smart TV's with full cable and all of your favorite shows and movies. The entire home, including outside and under the house is wired with bluetooth speakers for you to play your favorite music.

Downstairs is the perfect set up for entertaining! There is an outdoor kitchen with built in coolers and sink. There are built in granite top picnic tables, and even a large platform bed. Head on over to the beach via the private boardwalk. Then, rinse off in the outdoor shower when you get back! There's even a full bath on the ground level for your convenience.

The bed layout is as follows:

Bedroom 1 - 2 queen beds

Bedroom 2 - 2 queen beds, 1 with a twin trundle

Bedroom 3 - 2 queen beds, 1 with a twin trundle

Living Room - Twin Day bed with twin trundle

The home does have exterior security cameras for safety purposes only. We value your privacy and do not actively monitor cameras during guest stays. The locations are as follows (all outdoors): 2 facing the front driveway, 1 under the house, 1 at the outdoor kitchen, 1 facing the entry door, 1 facing the beach, 1 doorbell camera, 1 at the side balcony.
