Spacious, Luxury Home on Sargent Beach

Welcome to Casa Lamar!!

Located on Sargent Beach, this luxurious new build is spacious and has all the amenities one could ask for!

The open concept kitchen/living/dining area has plenty of space to entertain your entire group. There's seating at the giant island and dining table for everyone! With 3 spacious bedrooms and 3.5 spacious bathrooms, there are beds for 16 guests.

The living room and each bedroom have smart TV's with full cable and all of your favorite shows and movies. The entire home, including outside and under the house is wired with bluetooth speakers for you to play your favorite music.

Downstairs is the perfect set up for entertaining! There is an outdoor kitchen with built in coolers and sink. There are built in granite top picnic tables, and even a large platform bed. Head on over to the beach via the private boardwalk. Then, rinse off in the outdoor shower when you get back! There's even a full bath on the ground level for your convenience.

The bed layout is as follows:

Bedroom 1 - 2 queen beds

Bedroom 2 - 2 queen beds, 1 with a twin trundle

Bedroom 3 - 2 queen beds, 1 with a twin trundle

Living Room - Twin Day bed with twin trundle

The home does have exterior security cameras for safety purposes only. We value your privacy and do not actively monitor cameras during guest stays. The locations are as follows (all outdoors): 2 facing the front driveway, 1 under the house, 1 at the outdoor kitchen, 1 facing the entry door, 1 facing the beach, 1 doorbell camera, 1 at the side balcony.

As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with Safely to provide you with the below protection. The cost of this protection has been included in your rental rate and fees and covers you for accidental damages during your stay.

Quiet, secluded and perfect for a family reunion!

My family and I had fun overall! We truly appreciated how isolated this town was overall and the low amount of traffic. If you've been to Galveston or Surfside, this is much quieter compared to those places. The host provided great instructions for everything and we loved the beach in the backyard. We also loved the speakers in almost every room. We even loved the downstairs bathroom AND the outdoor shower. We had a great weekend here and would love to come back!

Had a wonderful time at the beach with family.

The house was beautiful, clean and the perfect amount of space for our family of 10. The beach was easy access right off the yard. Didn’t have to get in your car and drove to the beach and get sand in your car. The kitchen setup was very open and all we needed. Loved our trip here. The beach was a little short on sand because the tide was so high but the kids had plenty of room to play. Would come again.

Wonderful home and experience.

My family and I had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. Our host was extremely responsive and everything was laid out and instructed perfectly. We are a family of detail and we appreciated all the details laid out, from the house rules to the details in the decor. We are extremely appreciate for allowing us to stay and have this beautiful experience. We can’t thank you enough. We would definitely book again and others should too.

Gillade: Incheckning och kommunikation

No beach at Sargent Beach

There’s no beach 99% of the time. At low tide (only once per day during our trip and it happened to fall in the middle of the night), there’s some accessible sand from incredibly treacherous rocks. The house was great, the property manager was absolutely fantastic, but my daughter who wanted to build a sandcastle was disappointed. Calling this house beachfront rather than oceanfront is disingenuous in my opinion.

No Detail Overlooked

This is a FANTASTIC beach property. It feels like you have the beach all to your self. Phenomenal property with no detail overlooked. Highly highly recommended. We will be back.
