This fabulous one bedroom + 1 bath high floor unit, is over 1,000 square ft. of living space with nice balcony.

It has one full bath and one large bed room fully furnished nice decoration and comes with:
- One kind size bed and one futon sofa bed in the living room.
- Nice Carpet Floors, good condition
- Fully equipped linens and towels and house wares.
- TV Flat Screens in the living room and also on bedroom.
- Washer and dryer, inside the unit, dishwasher machine in the kitchen.
-High Speed WI-FI Internet.
-All the amenities of the building, pools, jacuzzi, gym.
-Parking available, fees apply.
Quiet time after 10pm. After reservation is confirmed guest must send a photo ID (passport or US driver licensed ) at least 72 hours prior before arrival day.

Disgusting

Absolutely disgusting from a cleanliness perspective. Cockroaches all over the floor, bed, sink. Did not even stay the night due to how unsanitary it was . Chairs were also destroyed at kitchen table , pictures do not do this justice

Property was clean and easily accessible. Main thing lacking was amenities in the unit. Kitchen lacking sufficient cookware. Mix match silverware. Icemaker didn't work. Same in bathroom. Face cloths so thin you could see through them and only 1 hand towel. Washer/dryer worked good. Balcony nice but furnishing needs upgrade. Investing a few hundred dollars could make this a much nicer unit.

Horrible Host and Cockroaches

Our stay was anything short of pleasant. I booked a near month stay with a friend and about a few days in our tub was clogged and we couldn’t shower. Reached out to host and they said the property manager would come asap, days went by and no one attended to help until I went to the management office myself and asked for help. The host did nothing, they didn’t provide us with enough supplies for the kitchen or washer for a month so we spent money our selves to clean the dishes and our clothes. The worst part is that nearing the last week of our stay we found COCKROACHES in our KITCHEN near our food TWICE . Not to mention we were using the day bed beside the kitchen to sleep in meaning we had been exposed to the roaches the entire time. We politely reached out to the host with our massive concern asking if there was any type of accommodation that could be made or how they would rectify this and they proceed to ACUSE US of trying to get free money and they said the timing of our complaint was “very surprising” as if we were lying and trying to scam them? They were so extremely unprofessional and and rude and refused to do anything or offer any type of compensation or rectify the issue. Just know that you will be sleeping with cockroaches and the host will not DO ANYTHING OR APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the host

It was just okay…

We stayed for four nights. Easy checkin. Parking is available, just go slow as the turns are tight. The bed is very firm. My partner used the twin bed on top of main bed as it was more comfortable. We did have TV issues and worked with manager. There are two pools but the main pool is shut down for renovations. That is the pool we would have rather used because of the views. It would have been nice to be informed it was down. Also the place is tired looking. Needs some TLC. Location was nice and could walk many places.
