This two bedroom, two bathroom condo will open the door to a world of enjoyment that lasts throughout the seasons. Our stylish mountainside condo is located on the west edge of Estes Park, CO, and offers all of the convenience of town yet the quiet of out of town. The condo is only minutes away from world class fly fishing, hiking and rock climbing. Take a nice stroll from the condo and within minutes you`ll be in downtown Estes Park where you can experience local restaurants and boutique shopping. Let Fall River Village be your headquarters for a family vacation, a romantic honeymoon, or a gathering with friends. We offer a fully equipped condo: full-size kitchen appliances with silverware, dishes, pots and pans, smart televisions in the living room and bedrooms, and free fiber wi-fi. One bedroom has a queen bed, the other bedroom a bunk bed, and the living room has a queen sofa bed with an upgraded mattress. This condo sleeps 5 people in 750 square feet and is pet friendly with additional fees. The private, front door opens to the outdoor recreation area! Loved our stay at Fall River! Easy walking distance to downtown Estes Park. Just minutes from RMNP. 100% recommend!

Nice Estes Condo

We enjoyed our stay at River Village. We’ve stayed there before. Condo and location were great. The only down side to this unit is the Sky View Event Center noise. I know they had a wedding reception going on but it dominates the area.

Perfect location and setting for a family vacation

This was an amazing resort property right on the river. It had easy walkable access to town via a rustic and well maintained path along the river. A very enjoyable walk and you can even get in the river from several stone steps! The trip would NOT have been the same without being so close to town. The resort is very rustic modern and we saw alot of wildlife right there! The condo was moslty great, however the bunk beds were not made and they didnt look clean so we had to wash them before use. Also, the kids room had the main lights burned out, the shower curtain rod had fallen and we had to go buy some supplies because they were very limited. Definitely not enough dish soap, no hand soap, 1 small detergent, 1 trash bag and 1 roll of tp. Also, there are not enough towels to cover 1 per guest so we had to use the beach towels we brought. Also, alot of dust behind the beds (which you notice because you plug stuff in). There are no hooks for wet towels eitherThere is also no air conditioning, which is okay for the most part since it cools down at night, but there are no ceiling fans to help with air circulation and when you open the windows at night there is a horrible smell sometimes (like manure)! There was also a burn ban on the area but someone was allowed to have a fire and no one stopped them. We tried to call but the calls to the office weren't picked up. The pool and hot tub areas were great. Overall, it was a pretty great place to stay for location and resort vibe!
