Property was extremely rundown, mold in the shower. We killed at least 25 cockroaches. The living room furniture was filthy. The sliding glass door was very difficult to shut. We will not be staying here again.

Great location but not clean at all! There were dirty dishes in the cabinet. The washer was full of mold and mildew. Our last night we encountered little roaches throughout the kitchen and abruptly left the property the night before check out.

They let us know four hours before check in that the washer and dryer were broken and wouldn’t be fixed during our stay. Which ended up making sense because everything is this condo is old and worn down. The living room furniture needs replaced. If you want to sleep at all, I recommend bringing a mattress topper. The dishes is the cupboard were put away dirty, trash was left on the patio from the previous guests. The patio tables pictured in the listing, not there! Only two old falling apart chairs that are so low you can’t even see the ocean while sitting in them. To top it all off, there were spiders and roaches. Would not recommend this to anyone!!

The beach view was amazing. That is the best part of the room. The condo itself is getting rather outdated. The shower is awful. It grossed me out when I had to take a shower. There is a lot of stuff that’s outdated and a lot of things that are getting pretty beat up for the money we spent. It should be better in cleaner. We have stayed at other rooms in wind dancer, and they were a lot nicer for the same money.

Very clean, great location on the water, uncrowded beach access!

Very clean interior, and while the building is an older building it has been maintained over the years. The best feature is the reserved beach access which provides ample room without crowding. According to the chair attendant, a beach umbrella/chair set is provided with the the rental and I highly recommended reserving a set.

Thank you so much for your kind words and thoughtful review! We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the cleanliness of the unit and appreciated the charm of our well-maintained building. The reserved beach access is definitely a favorite among our guests, and we're glad it made your stay even more relaxing. We're also happy you took advantage of the beach chair and umbrella service, it’s a great way to enjoy the beautiful, uncrowded shoreline. We hope to welcome you back for another peaceful getaway soon!
