Beautiful, relaxing waterfront 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with separate studio 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom guesthouse on Lake Oconee. AMAZING open water views from every bedroom and living room. Recently renovated with all new furniture and décor.

This home features 300-feet of waterfront with incredible privacy (no other docks nearby)! Enjoy your own PRIVATE COVE with a sandy, shallow beach that is perfect for kids. Max-size dock with room to park your boat including a boat slip and two extra spots. We have a swimming ladder with 8-10 feet of water depth at the end of the dock. Screened-in porch with outstanding views, large 8-person dining table, sofas, chairs, and a swinging bench.

This property features a 3 bedroom/2 bath main house next to a guest house that contains a full kitchen, full bathroom, king-size bed, single bed, living room with 45-inch HD smart TV and sofa-bed, and lofted deck overlooking the lake. Main house has two king bedrooms, bunk bedroom (full and single bed plus a crib and changing table), living room with 55-inch HD smart TV and sofa-bed, dining area, and fully stocked kitchen.

Additional features include: brand new memory foam pillows and memory foam mattresses, high-end sheets; 4-burner gas grill overlooking beautiful, expansive views of lake and excellent fishing in the cove; stand-up paddle board, kayak, and beach floaties available for use; high-speed internet (works great for streaming, Zoom calls, etc.).

This home is 90 minutes from Atlanta, and just over an hour from Athens. Great location on the lake: near jumping rock, rope swing, minutes from public Long Shoals Boat Ramp for easy, free put-in of your own boat.

We typically use instacart to deliver groceries to the house and maximize our time on the lake! The Publix at Lake Oconee in Greensboro is a ~20 minute drive from the property and is available for grocery delivery to the property. For smaller items, there is a Dollar General ten minutes away from the property and Long Shoals Country Store has convenience items and is eight minutes from the property.

There are several restaurants close by. A local favorite is The Silver Moon which is a 20 minute drive from the property. Lake Oconee Bistro and Lake House Gastropub are in that same area. We also love Gaby's on the Lake at the Ritz property. Gaby's is accessible by car and by water and we prefer to arrive by boat for lunch or afternoon cocktails.

There are a few boat rental companies nearby. We have used Oconee Wild Watersports and I would recommend them. Young Harris Water Sports also offers rentals on Lake Oconee.
