This home is a roomy, 2-story house in a quiet subdivision on the northeast side of Indianapolis. It is reasonably close to downtown as well as to other desirable areas such as Broad Ripple, Geist, Carmel, and Fishers. Many dining and shopping options are located nearby. This is a quiet but convenient location close to main routes and amenities.

The house has controlled access keyless entry, high-tech security system, keyed locks on each bedroom, washer and dryer. It has a nice sized kitchen with island and lots of storage. Kitchen is fully equipped with stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, dishes, pots/pans, and utensils. The main level also has separate living room and dining/sitting room on opposite sides of house providing ample space for guests/roommates to share common areas.

All areas of the house are available to guests. Guests may also use the 2nd refrigerator in garage but should not store personal property in garage, use host's property in garage, or park in garage without prior agreement with host.

My wife and I are sporadically at the house due to our travel. You could have the entire 2-story, 2000 s.f. furnished house to yourself at times or may be sharing the common areas with 2 or 3 other professionals.

Quiet sleeping arrangement with carpeted bedrooms located on separate corners of the 2nd story with no shared walls. Each bedroom has a keyed lock, Queen size bed (Full bed in smallest room), work desk & chair, easy chair, dresser, ceiling fan, and good closet space.
