You’ll find plenty of spots to unwind and lots of spaces to gather, whether you’re playing games, cooking up a feast, or just chilling by the fire.

We’ve got a double-slip party dock, a Solo Stove firepit, and multiple grilling options (gas, charcoal, and Blackstone griddle) to keep you entertained all day and night. Whether you’re grilling up dinner or just relaxing by the fire, the outdoor vibes are unbeatable.

### Inside the Home:

**Main Floor:**
Step inside and be greeted by the cozy foyer leading into the spacious living room with a huge sectional, gas fireplace, and a smart TV—perfect for movie nights or game day. Ready to eat? The updated kitchen features double ovens, an electric cooktop, and everything you need to cook up a storm. There’s also a bar area for mixing up your favorite drinks. Just outside, the back deck offers the perfect spot for grilling and dining with a beautiful view of the lake. The main floor also features a queen bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, and a bunk room for the kids (or the kids at heart) with 2 twin beds and 2 trundle beds. A dual-entry bathroom with a tiled shower completes this level.

**Upstairs Master Suite:**
Looking for a little more luxury? Head upstairs to the master suite, where a jetted tub, an anti-fog mirror, and a private balcony with partial water views await you. There’s even a movable desk for those who can’t quite unplug during their stay (though we think you'll want to).

**Loft & Game Room:**
Across from the master suite is a cozy loft area with a kids' reading tent, books, and a poker game table—perfect for fun family nights. Downstairs, the game room steals the show with a pool table, vintage arcade games, and a second full kitchen (for all your snack storage needs). This level also has a double queen bedroom for extra guests, plus a third king bedroom with shared access to a bathroom and a shower. Step out onto the walk-out deck and relax in the fresh air.

Two kayaks are available for guests to explore the lake at their leisure (just bring your own life jackets, please!). It’s the perfect way to cap off your day of adventure.

**Respect the Quiet:**
We love a good time, but we also love our peaceful neighbors. Please respect the quiet hours from 11 pm to 7 am.

**Pets on Furniture, Please No:**
We adore pets, but ask that they stay off the furniture and be cleaned up after.

**Water Safety:**
The dock area is at your own risk, and life jackets are required for children under 13 (they may not be available in all sizes). Please use water activities responsibly, as the water near the dock is quite deep.

**Log Home Charm:**
Knotty Pine Hideaway is a true rustic log cabin, full of personality. Expect creaky floors, unique quirks, and some “fun” marks from previous guests who may have tried their hand at darts (spoiler: not so great at it!). It’s all part of the charm, and we hope you’ll love it as much as we do.

**Additional Details:**
- **Parking:** Maximum of 4 cars in the driveway; no street parking.
- **Trash:** Please bag trash and place it in the bins by the road on Thursdays.
- **Septic System:** Please only flush toilet paper to protect the septic system.
- **No Parties:** Knotty Pine Hideaway is not a party house. Please no large parties or gatherings.

**Minimum Age:** Renters must be at least 25 years old, and the maximum occupancy is 13 guests.
