Enjoy beautiful water views and incredible sunsets at this 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home on Whites Creek with access to Indian River Bay. Minutes to Bethany Beach, Delaware Seashore State Park and Big Chill Beach Club. The home has 2 large decks where you can enjoy panoramic views of the bay and amazing sunsets. A boat slip is available if you would like to bring your own boat.

The main living floor has a large living room with water views, kitchen, a half bath, a 75 inch Smart TV and hardwoods throughout.

The 3rd Floor has a primary bedroom with a king bed and deck overlooking the water, master bath with two vanities and shower. Two additional bedrooms and full bathroom with shower and bathtub. Upstairs also includes a king bed in the 2nd room and queen in the 3rd room.

A second primary bedroom with king bed is located on the ground level with walkout access to the dock. A full ensuite bath with bathtub shower combo.

WIFI is provided.

The large rear decks face the opening of Whites Creek, providing panoramic views of the bay and spectacular sunsets.

Situated just minutes from Bethany Beach and Delaware State Parks. Just a short ride to local beach areas and attractions. Hockers grocery, G&E Hardware, Bethany Brewing, Cedars Restaurant, and Big Fish Grill restaurant within walking or biking distance.

The home includes a cooktop stove, microwave, ice maker, coffeemaker, toaster, Jimmy Buffett Margaritaville, gas grill, and washer & dryer, ironing board and iron, and more. The family room includes a 75 inch smart TV and all bedrooms have TVs as well. Two kayaks are also Included for your enjoyment as well as beach chairs, umbrellas and toys.

Sunday - Sunday rentals in July and August; flexible in off-season. 5 night minimum in June.Contact for deals for more than one week stay and off-season.

Parking for 3 cars. There are no boat trailers or motorcycles allowed in the community. The dedicated slip in the marina can hold boats up to 24' in length and provide quick access to the ocean.

In July, and August the check-in is 3:00pm, check-out 10:00am. All other months might have a more flexible schedule.

Peaceful

It was quiet and peaceful at this location. The house was as the photos showed. The water pressure was good and the beds were comfortable. The sunset off the deck was beautiful.

Picturesque Quiet Vacation Spot

Our family (us, 2 elementary age boys and in-laws) absolutely loved our stay in this rental and hope to return again. The check in process was smooth and the home felt airy and clean. The water pressure in the showers were amazing, especially in the upstairs master bath. This was also one of the few rentals where I felt the beds were comfortable and we slept very well. The home was very mindfully stocked with everything we needed from chargers to beach chairs. I definitely overpacked with rental essentials. The only time we had trouble was trying to find two pots to make pasta and sauce, but there were plenty of frying pans. We loved the close location to beaches and other points of interest while enjoying the serenity of quiet inlet location. The lovey neighbors also helped make us feel right at home. We hope to return again.

Hidden Gem

This was our ninth summer vacationing in Bethany, but the first time we've stayed on the Bay. It won't be our last. First and foremost, the host was outstanding. Highly communicative, very responsive and went out of the way to make sure our stay was smooth in every possible way. The property was fantastic. From the waterfront views, to the space, to the amenities, everything was as advertised and beyond. Location was convenient to town, the beach and stores. We recommend this property to anyone and we hope to stay again.

Annual Beach Trip

We’ve stayed in the area for 20+ years, and this stay was by far my favorite. The house was beautiful and clean upon arrival. Having linens included was ideal when you’re packing for an entire family with young children. Their bedrooms were a great set up for two families of 4 and a grandparent to stay. The portable mini crib, and many baby items made the stay comfortable for our 16 month old. Plenty of kitchen items, beach gear, and kid toys to make you feel at home. We brought our boat along and enjoyed the slip being right outside our door. Neighbors are friendly and the views from the balcony are amazing. Tom was great to work with and responded quickly to questions. I highly recommend this house for your next vacation!!

This Townhouse on the bay was beautifully kept up and had wonders views. We were at Bethany Beach

We loved that we could have two kayaks (rented and delivered) at our doorstep. Host was generous and easy to work with. Definitely will want to rent again if our family group is same size ext year.
