Detta är ett mycket välskött BAYFRONT-hem i den populära Toll Brothers Resort Community of Bayside i Bethany Lakes. Hemmet är inrett som ett modellhem med trägolv i hela och har fyra TV-apparater (inklusive 2 Smart TV-apparater och 2 LCD-TV-apparater), 1 DVD / VCR-kombination, två stereon och en eldstad! Två balkonger / däck med en fantastisk utsikt över bukten. Köket är fullt lager.

Vi har bekväma madrasser med kudde-topp och erbjuder sänglinne för våra gäster.

Vår enhet ligger vid stranden med utsikt över vattnet från vardagsrummet och köket, loftet på övervåningen och sovrummet med 2 enkelsängar. Vi är en kort promenad från klubbhuset (cirka 100 meter). Du kan se poolen från vårt däck.

Vardagsrummet ligger på bottenvåningen med ett pulverrum. En halv nivå upp är vårt kök och Master Suite. På övervåningen finns ytterligare 3 sovrum och ett komplett badrum samt loftområdet. Bricka och torktumlare är också på övervåningen. Det finns 2 däck - ett från vardagsrummet och ett från loftet på övervåningen. Det finns 2 matplatser - ett bord för 4 i. kök och ett bord för 4 i vardagsrummet som är en halv nivå ner från köket.

Bayside at Bethany Lakes Clubhouse har utmärkta bekvämligheter (det finns ett enormt stort rum med en eldstad, en sportsbarområde och ett kommersiellt kök av kvalitet som ägare och gäster kan använda). Det finns en inomhus- och utomhuspool, bubbelpool, gym, bastu, spelrum med TV-spel, ping pong, och biljardbord, omklädningsrum med duschmöjligheter, gasgrill vid utomhuspoolen, utomhusdusch och WiFi. Det finns också en kajakutsättning och picknickområde precis till höger om vår byggnad. Det finns tennisbanor och en lekplats också. Inga tråkiga regniga dagar här! Bethany Beach bästa klubbhus! Mycket trevligt familjeorienterat samhälle. ** Klubbhuset samlar in en gästavgift på 30 dollar per person över 4 år. Dagliga gästavgifter för kortare vistelser är $ 8 per person över 4 år. **

Nära till strand, strandpromenad, flera golfbanor och livsmedelsbutiker. Bayside at Bethany Lakes ligger cirka 1 km från Boardwalk-området (nära korsningen av Fred Hudson Rd och Cedar Neck Rd).

Relaxing Family Getaway

The property was exactly as described. Plenty of chairs to borrow for the beach! The check-in was seamless. The pool area is a great place to chill after sitting on the beach. Beds were comfy and showers were amazing -- great water pressure!

Great getaway

Wonderful sunset views, peaceful and quiet. An easy drive to the popular sites, including the beach. Comfy beds too! Definitely would stay here again!

Gorgeous bay views

First Annie was awesome to work with. Bayside at Bethany lakes is a wonderful family vacation. My favorite part of our week was early morning coffee on the deck over looking the bay tranquil bird sanctuary and just so peaceful. The beach was a short drive and the pool and gym a short walk. There was something for everyone .Ocean View is our new favorite area so much so we may retire there in a few years. Thanks for a great week Annie

Perfect Getaway!!

We had an incredible week! The condo was clean, a great size for our needs and the view off the deck was gorgeous!! Communication with the owner was easy-she was responsive and helpful. The Bayside community is amazing. The pools, hot tub, fitness center and sunset gazebo add another level to the experience! The condo is close to the beach, golf and lots of restaurants. Highly recommend this condo!!

Gorgeous bayfron condo

This was our second time staying in this lovely two floor condo where you can enjoy gorgeous sunsets over the bay. The condo has everything you need and enough room for two families to stay. You also enjoy access for a fee to a great club with pool and gym and you are 10 min drive from downtown Bethany and its beaches. We have already booked our next stay! The owner Annie is incredibly responsive and helpful.

We had an awesome stay at this property. The owner had great communication from the day we selected it right in through the day that we checked out. It was a beautiful property and a beautiful neighborhood with a wonderful view of the sunset every night. Great amenities and clubhouse. Will definitely stay at this property again.

Excellent Getaway

The neighborhood clubhouse, pool, gym and hot tub helped make this a convenient and relaxing getaway and the view from the deck to catch nightly sunsets was awesome!

Great view

The house was beautiful however we were surprised that the walls and carpet were not very clean. Other than that it was great and there was plenty of space for everyone. The clubhouse and pool were awesome and very clean.

Beautiful location and wonderful stay!

We rented this property for our vacation the other week and could not have been happier. The property was clean when we arrived and the location is perfect. It’s close to the boardwalk and beach and the view of the bayside is fantastic. We enjoyed some amazing sunsets! The amenities are also great especially for little kids (ours are 6 and 3). We would spend mornings at the beach and afternoons at the pool, which also has a wonderful view. The owners are great to work with and made everything very easy. Can’t say enough good things! We will definitely stay here again when visiting Bethany!

Wonderful Stay

Gorgeous bay sunset. Grandchildren loved having outdoor and indoor pool/gameroom. Clean plenty of room. Nice having our own garage to use. Very convenient to downtown Bethany.

A quiet winter escape

A wonderful townhouse with an expansive view of marsh and bay. At this time of year, it was quiet and very relaxing. The house feels more like a home than a rental property. It is fully equipped and immaculately maintained.

Beautiful Property, Accommodating Owner!

My family and I stayed here for 6 days and enjoyed each one. Annie was extremely accommodating and attentive, and the house was everything we wanted and more. We will definitely be staying here again and will spread the word. We strongly recommend this property for a nice family vacation. As an added benefit you'll get front row seats to a beautiful sunset over the bay followed by a sky full of stars if it's a clear enough night!

Outstanding vacation venue

We rented this Unit in conjunction with our annual family reunion. The waterfront location of the condo at Bayside @ Bethany Lakes was ideal for our needs. The unit was located directly on Whites Creek facing West which afforded unobstructed sunset views across the marsh land and the creek. The unit was neat, clean and well appointed. It was very convenient to the beautiful community clubhouse, two pools, fitness center, kayak launch and day dock boat slips. The community itself is a short drive to the Bethany Beach boardwalk, area restaurants and many other attractions. The owner was most accommodating and very interested in providing excellent service. You can’t go wrong with this summer getaway ! John & Eileen

Relaxing week in July. The house was immaculate and welcoming. We had 5 teenagers well satisfied.

Thoroughly enjoyed our week catching up with family. Being able to sit on the porch and look out on the water was most relaxing, even when it rained on Wednesday. A good time was had by all in our group.

This home was just what we needed to get away and enjoy our family vacation. There was plenty of room for all of us to enjoy our time. The clubhouse was a wonderful break from the beach. This home was conveniently located to the beach, the grocery store and all of the tourist activities we wanted to do. Thank you for allowing us to make memories in your home!

Our family really enjoyed our time at the house!

Spefically, we enjoyed having a "vacation" base of operations. We took advantage of the pool and clubhouse, had a cookout on the clubhouse grill, enjoyed the sunsets (and kids enjoyed the wifi). The kitchen was great, allowing us to save some cash by cooking ourselves! Lots of space for a family and friends - and the location was very convenient! We had a great time and would recommend this property to other families vacationing in Bethany!

Great property to rent!

We enjoyed our stay even though the threats of Hurricane Hermine hung over us. The lay out of the rental is ideal and the location is perfect. The sun sets from this property are breath taking. Best of all are the owners. They were always quick to respond and very helpful. We have rented a number of properties and found this one to be one of the best!! We would not hesitate to return.

Simply the best week ever!!

I almost hate writing a review because I would love to keep this little *gem!!* all to myself but BLESS THIS PRECIOUS OWNERS HEART she made our stay all the way from Spain the absolute BEST it could be!! All the helpful info such as restaurants and even where I could find fresh produce at the local farmers market (not those rotten tomatoes at the grocery store ;) ! This owner went above and beyond!! From sunrise to sunset we treasured every single second at this breathtaking property. We simply cannot wait to return. Thank you for everything!

I am active in the vacation rental profession managing a large owner’s group and served on the Board of AVROA and also the HOA Board for my Virginia properties.

We love that Bethany Beach is so family-oriented. The beaches are beautiful, and there are shops in the Boardwalk area. The outlet stores in Rehoboth are a short drive away. We love Bayside at Bethany Lakes. The Clubhouse is what distinguished this property from all the others we looked at. The indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, and game room make even January a great time to visit the beach! In the summertime, the outdoor pool is great with bay views all around. In recent years, shops & restaurants stay open year round including a couple of excellent SoDel restaurants close by.

The sunsets views on the bay are unbelievable. When we saw the view, we knew this was the place for us. We often plan our schedule to be home at sunset time. It makes you never want to leave the beach.
